BUYER BEWARE!! I wish I would've actually looked on this site before just booking with the only company I called. The owner is a child. Clearly, each and every negative review posted mentions his short comings and if it looks like a duck and it walks like a duck... Below is an actual response to my call inquiring when I could expect the bouncer to be picked up. S, Sorry about the late response, but sometimes it may take a few days because of how busy we get.  After speaking with you today and you hanging up on me and me leaving a VM, I was told by Nicole that you did call back later in the day and confirmed that in fact You did not sign the paperwork but your husband did. LMAO. So our whole conversation today was a moot point because again even if you didn't sign it, someone in the household did which is what I tried to explain to you which you were having none of.  I don't give a shit If it was signed for July 10 or the 11th which we changed for you per your request with no extra charges which any other company would have charged you. Also, they would have only rented it to you for 4 or 8 hours and not the whole day like we did for the price you paid. What I am confused about and so was Nicole is that after hanging up on us as we tried to explain the situation you ended up calling back to show Nicole up and me that in fact it wasn't you that signed the paperwork but your husband.  Do you know how fucking ridiculous that is??????????????????????????????????????   I don't give two shits about who signed it, someone in your household signed it making it legal. Also, when my guys returned with the bouncer I informed them that you told me that you didn't even use it and they were confused because not only was it dirty on the inside, but there was a mat on the outside of the entrance placed there which we don't provide which tells us that you did in fact use it because why would you put a shoe mat in front of it if the kids didn't use it????????????????????  That would normally baffle us, but we have dealt with people like you for the last 12 years we have been business so we know that you used it and we know that because not only was there a foot mat at the entrance our guys pulled clothes out of it that were left in it. LOL.. So pretty sure it got used, just maybe not like you had expected it to be used but it still got used. Lastly,  I am still confused on why you choose to call Nicole back to inform her that is wasn't you that signed the paperwork but it was your husband. At that point, no only does Nicole not care who signed the Paperwork but neither do I and all I care about at that point is that you booked a rental with us, we delivered your rental, your kids and guests enjoyed it and then we picked it back up when we were supposed to and you had it blown up like you should have after we had our conversation of you trying to deflate it because it was costing you soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much money to keep it inflated for pick up which we informed you was .13 cents per hour. You and your husband are ridiculous and you got pissed at us for the nasty weather that we cant control and then still use the bouncer and then blamed all your problems on us?????????????????????????????????????????? You are put in our system as never being able to be rented to again until you choose to call and apologize to us. And if you don't think that I have heard the whole story of "We have tons of friends will never recommend you"  I can tell you that you will and they will book with us because we leave it all day and night compare to every other company that leaves it for 4 to 8 hrs and then picks it up.  That sucks and you know it does so that is why we leave it all night for you and all you have to do is follow our rules of blowing it up, but you get to wasted to get up in the morning to go flip a blower on and then blame us for your fuck up. Sorry, but it doesn't work like that and you should be ashamed and so should your other half.  Good luck and again give us a call and say your sorry and will rent to you again but you and your man have too much testosterone to admit your wrong and we were right so you will make your kids suffer in the future. Asshole tent guy changed his contract to fit his needs when we went to court. Also he has absolutely no ethics-he keeps tossing my name out to the public and his customers which is illegal just to threaten them about going against him! This company is total bullshit! They change their contracts to suit their needs AFTER U SIGN, he trespasses when he feels like it, and he stalks your social media! He was nice to fit us into his schedule-i used my aunt's death as the reason for cancelling-its called a white lie to spare feelings-cuz we needed a tent and stuff last minute-again he was nice to fit us in-but my son-in-law found one at half the price so I spared his feelings!
