At first, I was attracted to them for two of their services. One was their pill packs, which is where they divide all your daily (and afternoon, nightly, etc.) pills in convenient, easy-to-use pill pockets. Instead of going through a bunch of bottles to get your meds ready, you just open the pill pocket and everything you need to take is right there, ready to take. The other thing that really attracted me to PrimeCare Pharmacy was their FREE DELIVERY. I am disabled and homebound, and there is nothing better than knowing I will always have my meds because PrimeCare Pharmacy will deliver them straight to me. More recently, I was prescribed medical supplies. It was a shower chair to be exact. They had a bunch in stock for me to look at and choose from, and were really helpful and knowledgeable about the ones they had in stock. They helped me pick the best one for me. They are so helpful and Friendly that I could go on for pages. They know me by my voice when I call, are always happy to help me in any way they can, and my life is so much better, healthier, and safer because of PrimeCare Pharmacy.

When the gentleman in the back took the chair he went above and beyond the original repairs we requested. Not only did he change out the wheels but he also cleaned it up a bit and fixed the arm rest pads. He tightened at the screws and bolts and pretty much made the thing feel brand new.
