Months later, I had an issue with rainwater leaking into my basement. I called another plumber and was told the area needed excavation and proper sealing. I called Emir since he did the repairs; he came and temporarily fixed the issue. The rain prevented him from fully repairing the problem. Emir said he would return to repair the work correctly once the rain stopped and everything was dry; he even took ownership of the faulty work. However, it's been two days. He said he would come but hasn't come or called. I am agitated. I understand scheduling conflicts; what I don't understand is not communicating and scheduling me accordingly so I can get this repair done. I don't do people wrong, and I don't dishonor people. I am not sure why this is happening to me and why he will not come to get this repair done so I can have a safe home for my babies. I want this issue fixed; that's it. No trouble no harm.

Then we found Mike. He does great work and I feel was very reasonably priced. He was there the same day we called to quote us at no charge and started working the next day on our septic tank. Needless to say our septic tank was so so old and huge roots had grown into the field drain so it was an extensive job. I was extremely disappointed with Alex and Trimelogic. My small cottage remodel began in the end of…read moreAugust 2025 and was due to be finished in 4 to 6 weeks. By the end of March 2026, it had not been completed, and I fired Alex and his crew and got another group to finish the work. Much of what was done on my screened-in porch had to be removed or corrected. None of the supporting post were plumb, overhead supports were not level, and the sanded plywood that was installed as a ceiling for my carport was attached with trim nails. Needless to say, the ceiling did not stay in place. As for the inside of my cottage, architectural plans were not followed and rooms were not built to the specified size. I have wall switches that do not activate anything. The plumbing of the sink underneath the kitchen and bath have such long hoses so that the space is hardly usable for storage. The LVP flooring has cracked and needs to be repaired in two rooms. The overall lack of communication and sometimes showing up to work caused tremendous hardship on me. Because the project was not finished by the projected date, I had to live with my daughter for six months, and reschedule delivery of appliances. I found Alex to be overtly pleasant, but he did not listen to my concerns, built things the way he wanted to do them in spite of the architectural drawings, and provided many many excuses for why he did not show up on time. For example, he didn't work on one particular day and when I texted him to ask, why, he said they weren't coming because he didn't like the look of the sky. Although there were clouds, it never rained at the job site. Another issue of concern is that Alex did not get a to do the . As a contractor, I was under the impression he took care of all of the for the remodel and addition of the porch. My new crew had just begun working when a code enforcer drove up and said that all Work had to stop. The office had received an anonymous phone call saying that I was doing construction without proper permits. My new contractor took care of this problem that very day. I find it extremely odd that anyone could see what was going on at my house since I am surrounded by trees, and there's no way to see my house as cars drive-by. How would anybody know that a permit had not been granted when I didn't even know that?
