Request The Best Plumber was very professional. We had a relatively complex outdoor issue and…read moreindoor issue with our plumbing. They sent an estimate with a 2-year warranty that we accepted. We scheduled a mutually agreed-upon date. They showed up on time at 9:30 a.m. worked all day until 10:00 p.m. that night. In advance, they warned that the project may take 2 days depending upon how the first day went. So I wasn't surprised that the project required a second day to complete. They showed up the next day as agreed at 8:30 a.m. and completed the outside portion of the project and the inside portion of the project by 3:30 p.m. the second day. They actually care about the work they are doing and making sure that we are satisfied. They took care of little issues along the way, and completely cleaned up before they left, including pressure washing the sidewalk from the front door and the entire driveway because red clay was everywhere. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Request The Best Plumber. We will be using them if we ever have plumbing issues in the future.

I can't say enough good things about The Best Plumber! They came out last minute on a Sunday to…read morerepair our water heater, which alone deserves five stars. The pricing was extremely affordable, especially for an emergency weekend service. The technician was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They went above and beyond, not only fixing the issue quickly but also taking the time to answer several questions that weren't even related to this repair. I never felt rushed, and everything was explained clearly. If you're looking for a reliable, honest plumber who truly cares about their customers, this is the company to call. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

I was extremely disappointed with Alex and Trimelogic. My small cottage remodel began in the end of…read moreAugust 2025 and was due to be finished in 4 to 6 weeks. By the end of March 2026, it had not been completed, and I fired Alex and his crew and got another group to finish the work. Much of what was done on my screened-in porch had to be removed or corrected. None of the supporting post were plumb, overhead supports were not level, and the sanded plywood that was installed as a ceiling for my carport was attached with trim nails. Needless to say, the ceiling did not stay in place. As for the inside of my cottage, architectural plans were not followed and rooms were not built to the specified size. I have wall switches that do not activate anything. The plumbing of the sink underneath the kitchen and bath have such long hoses so that the space is hardly usable for storage. The LVP flooring has cracked and needs to be repaired in two rooms. The overall lack of communication and sometimes showing up to work caused tremendous hardship on me. Because the project was not finished by the projected date, I had to live with my daughter for six months, and reschedule delivery of appliances. I found Alex to be overtly pleasant, but he did not listen to my concerns, built things the way he wanted to do them in spite of the architectural drawings, and provided many many excuses for why he did not show up on time. For example, he didn't work on one particular day and when I texted him to ask, why, he said they weren't coming because he didn't like the look of the sky. Although there were clouds, it never rained at the job site. Another issue of concern is that Alex did not get a to do the . As a contractor, I was under the impression he took care of all of the for the remodel and addition of the porch. My new crew had just begun working when a code enforcer drove up and said that all Work had to stop. The office had received an anonymous phone call saying that I was doing construction without proper permits. My new contractor took care of this problem that very day. I find it extremely odd that anyone could see what was going on at my house since I am surrounded by trees, and there's no way to see my house as cars drive-by. How would anybody know that a permit had not been granted when I didn't even know that?

As most of you know, it is rare that I give a five star rating. But this company, Aaron Plumbing…read morewith headquarters in Suwanee, GA, was probably the most responsive and professional service I've had in a very long time. My water heater decided not to break on Tuesday evening, and I needed someone to come out and see what went wrong. It was roughly around 630 at night when I realized I had no hot water, so I Googled hot water repair services within my community. I called two plumbing services that were "near me" and both services told me I was out of their servicing zone. So I reached out to my neighbor and he gave me Aaron Plumbing's information. Now, but this time it was around 8:30 PM, but I still pick up the phone and gave them a call and a lovely lady answered the phone immediately. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, but she was remarkably friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and she went ahead and looked at the schedule for Wednesday. She told me that she could have a plumber out to my house between 8am and 12noon and I was excited that she was able to fit me into their very busy schedule. The young man, Tom Page, that came out Wednesday morning was also very kind and efficient. He was able to tell me that my water heater, which was the original to the house, would no longer be working for me, and that I would need a new one. I actually knew that I would need to replace my water heater at some point in time when I bought my home in 2019. But, as always, it's a disappointment even though you know it's going to happen. Tom actually had the correct water heater on hand and within a couple of hours had my water heater completely replaced. You'll see through the pictures below the old unit, and the new unit. When Tom was done with the installation, he walked me through exactly what he had done, he showed me pictures of what had been, and what was now fixed or replaced. We also had a great conversation on how to purge the silt in the bottom of the tank, once a year, to maintain the good health of my brand new water heater. I would certainly recommend Aaron Plumbing to anyone in the northern Cumming area of Georgia, because Dawsonville plumbing and other plumbing facilities located in Cumming, GA do not service my neighborhood.

When I told the tech I had a cheaper quote he started to sound like a used salesman, dropping the price by $400.00. I used another licensed plumber and they replaced the same footage in addition a cutoff was replaced in the garage that was not in Aaron's quote all for $1450.00 with a warranty. So glad I did not get taken by this company, buyer beware. So glad mine was not an emergency so I could shop around.
