We had the absolute best experience working with Will. From the moment he arrived, he was…read moreprofessional, respectful, and incredibly thoughtful. I have a 2 month old baby at home, and without me even asking, Will made a point to work on the opposite side of the house while the baby napped--he even shut doors to help keep things quiet. That level of consideration is so rare and so appreciated! Beyond that, Will went above and beyond in so many ways. I was struggling to hang a baby gate and he kindly offered to help--and hung it in minutes. When our movers were having a hard time getting a heavy gun safe up the stairs, Will didn't hesitate to jump in and help them get it moved safely. His work was top-notch, and at a great price! He replaced all our outlets and switches, updated our breaker boxes, installed new plugs for our TVs, and even added extra outlets in areas where there just weren't enough. He also worked on our smoke detectors and installed lighting for us. Every time he noticed something that wasn't quite right (left behind by whoever did the electrical before... obviously not a professional, who left a lot of mess to clean up) he explained what the issue was clearly and always had a smart, safe solution. At one point, he even repurposed a random loose wire that had been left behind to create a new outlet and another for light fixture we will install later. So clever and efficient! Will is the kind of person you just feel lucky to have working in your home. I can't recommend him enough!

The plumber came in looked at the faucet and shower head to replace and said "I don't have the right tools" then left to get them. Came back 40 minutes later and said the parts we had would not fit, left again to go to Lowes, came back and had a part to put the old faucet back on. Charged us for 3 hours when he was only here for maybe 50 minutes. Then to top it off, the faucet is so TIGHT, I would need a pair of pliers to turn it. My husband finally tried turning it on and NO Water comes out. It is broken. This is ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND

He didn't mention beforehand that it would cost an additional $250 to remove and reset the toilet. If we had known that, we wouldn't have proceeded in the first place. Because of this, I left a 1 star review on Google and Adam proceeds to call me twice. I call him back the next day and we have an almost 10 minute conversation going in circles about why I left a bad review, when he thought I should have left at least 3 or 4 stars. It was unprofessional and I won't be using A+ Plumbing again. He also mentioned my husband's name in his response to my Google review, which seems like a violation of privacy.

He also let me know that he recorded me the entire time he was in my home when I called him to tell him his parts failed. I was home alone, which makes this all the more scary. When I asked why in the world he thinks that is okay, especially since he didn't say he was recording me, was because "I could have had heroin on my kitchen table". WTF??? He told me I couldn't "crap in my own hand" and then expect something different - this was after I asked for my money back instead of inviting this crazy person back to my home. At the first visit when he was to service my unit he went off about capitalism and got REAL red to the point that I was uncomfortable with his nasty political rhetoric and vitriol. He does not listen when a client speaks. He cuts you off or will loudly, to the point of yelling, talk over you. I'm sure he doesn't treat men the same, he's a real toxic person. He let me know that I have no legal rights. This definitely tells you he knows he is wrong when within minutes of questing his decision making, he goes to lawyers. Do yourself a favor - especially if you are a female or a man whos wife would be home alone at the time of service, like me - and never use Pettry for any service. This man is scary. I'm posting this everywhere I can.
