I called this company out to look at my washer it was having a small issue they came charged me coming out fee on top of the repair fee which was over $300. Never fixed the issue after the 1st visit they completely broke my washer giving it issues it never had. They kept sending the same repair guy out and it still was not fixed, by the 4th visit I demanded a refund the supervisor then said he'll come out which he did said he found the issue he would go get the part the next day comes he calls and gives me the most bogus story about having to order the part so instead he will just go head and issue the refund but guess what it's a over month later no refund I have a busted washer I only had for 2yrs by the way. The supervisor isn't returning my calls. And I have to go out a buy a washer because this company completely destroyed my washer. I would never recommend this company!! By the way this has been going on since January/march it's now may smdh!!! ALL we needed was to have the handle replaced - nothing mechanical!!!!! November 18, 2022 we had Charles out to give us a price. We paid $181.58 for the part. We expected a part delay, since we were in the middle of the covid stupidity with all shipping delays, etc. - OK, a couple of weeks wouldn't be too bad..... Thanksgiving came & went, so did Christmas & New Year. By Valentine's day, we were calling about the status. Then St. Patty's Day & Easter......nothing. We've been waiting & waiting. My husband called and called & FINALLY spoke to Charles (Cell phone # is 832-306-4001). First, he told him he was still waiting on the part. Then the next story was 'well, you haven't paid me' (Bullshit - have a copy of the check that he CASHED on the same day it was written!) Then, it was 'his wife died & he's had a hard time with the paperwork, etc.' All this to say, 9 months later & we still don't have the part or the repair. Since then, we've had no response from Charles. I finally sent a text to him with a demand for refund. If I have to take this guy to small claims court, I will.

    My first Tech was Five Stars all the way. He was courteous, respectful and knew his stuff. He…read moreknew exactly how to take the dryer apart and to figure out what the issue was in a reasonable time frame. A deal was make for Dryer Vent cleanout for $100 on the next trip which would be part of the warranty, which was fine, it needed to be done anyways. The parts were ordered and it was prolly my fault they did not get back here for a couple of weeks, but I am also sure home warranty (AHS) was not in a hurry to spend money. So the second appointment was made and kept- but this is where the two stars begins, while the second guy was nice and such, he did not seem to understand that one can not just jam a tool in thinking everything comes a part the same way. I told him the other tech had to remove the door to get the front open, but he just kept trying to pry on it. He would eventually follow my suggestion saying he never seen one like that before. After he got it open, I left him to do some other work. I did not stick around to see how the repair went. I asked him about the Dryer Vent Cleanout which the other tech and I had worked out. His response was he did not have a vacuum with him. I was kinda bummed, because, I ended up hiring another company which overcharged me for the vent. My dryer on one side you can clearly feel where he jammed his screw driver in trying to pry something in which would not budge. I feel the second tech was not up to par. However, I would hire the Company again only if they sent out the first Tech again.

    Luis seems like a nice, well-meaning guy. But he will let you down. The KitchenAid refrigerator we…read morebought from him (with a 90 day warranty for all parts and labor) stopped cooling after two months. The first thing you should know is that Luis doesn't often answer his phone or respond to texts. But even when he does, he will let you down. After our fridge stopped cooling, he said he would call us the next day--he didn't. Then he said he would show up to repair it the following morning--he didn't. He blamed it on a flat tire and sent me a photo. Unfortunately, he didn't realize that iPhone photos are time-stamped. The photo was from two weeks prior. So that's the second thing you should know: when Luis inevitably lets you down, he will make up a story to save face. I didn't say anything about the photo being a lie, because I figured the guy just had a bad day. You gotta give people some grace, right? After many more calls and texts over the next few days, we eventually got him out to the house six days later. We already had to throw out the perishable food by that point, but it happens, you know? Unfortunately, whatever repair Luis made only lasted about a week. I'll go ahead and spoil the ending here: we never saw Luis again. As the next round of food went bad in the refrigerator, our calls and texts went mostly unanswered. Eventually, Luis offered to replace the fridge. It was overdue, but we thought it was a nice expression of good will. Unfortunately over the next three weeks and many unanswered texts and calls, Luis never found time to get here. On Aug 12th, Luis said he could get a replacement to us by Aug 14th. We had family coming into town to stay with us and no working refrigerator. The day came and went and we never heard from him. So we had to rush out and buy a mini-fridge. I looked up the number to DLR Appliances directly and spoke with Gustavo, his brother. Gustavo was sympathetic and offered to help--he actually got Luis to call me back and make a plan. Unfortunately (and unsurprisingly at this point) he never followed through with the plan. Eventually Gustavo stopped answering my calls, too. On Aug 26th, after two more weeks of trying to get Luis out here, he said he'd refund us in one week on Sep 2nd if he couldn't get a replacement to us by then. The day came and went and we never heard from him. Luis eventually answered the phone on Sep 4th and said he needed a few days and that he'd refund us in two payments, but we never heard from him. On Monday Sep 9th, Luis said he would come pick up the fridge and refund us that weekend. On Thursday Sep 12, he confirmed 12pm to 2pm on Saturday. Around 2pm on Saturday, after multiple attempts to contact him, he said he was running a few hours late. Then we never heard from him. On Sunday, he texted that he wasn't bailing and would call me in a few, and then we never heard from him again. Don't buy anything from DLR Appliances. The prices are tempting, but you will regret it.

They picked it up and when my wife called later to check on it, Mitch was "unjustifiably" rude. I stopped in the next day to find that it was ready and Mitch began being incredibly rude to me as well. After I exchanged a few words they agreed to deliver it. After it arrived home, I connected it to find it was still not working. I immediately called Justified appliance and I told Mitch it still wasn't working. He responded with "Yes it is. You're just F#*%ng with me". He refused to listen until I threatened to take him to small claims court. My son and I loaded the machine in my truck. My wife noticed that there were somethings different. We checked the serial number and found that this was not the same machine that we had originally. Same brand and model. Different serial #. When we arrived at Justified appliance I suggested to Mitch that he might have made a mistake. He tried to give me some BS about how his mechanic had to change the casing when he fixed it. We eventually settled for a refund. Rather than fixing our machine, they tried to pass off another one as ours. Unbelievable! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They are ripoff artists and Mitch is extremely rude! Update: I also see he's a liar. Yes Mitch. Maybe all three of your customers might see this. I hope everyone else sees all the reviews and takes careful consideration of whom they're doing business with. Just to be clear so everyone knows. You put a washing machine, that a previous customer had a problem with, back on the showroom floor?!?! I rest my case.
