Bonnie did my nails and she did an excellent job. I know she had to work a little harder getting the old polish off (who knows what that other salon used on my nails ‍) But, she took her time and made sure not to damage my nails. After she prepped my nails she then actually took time helping me pick my color. I fell like that's such a frustrating part and loved having help!! They turned out perfectly-- see the photos!!!! Also, remember if you buy a gift card-- they are independent contractors and you need to book with who sold you the card but, you can't go wrong with either Bonnie or Mary Jane! I only started getting pedicures because my wife wanted someone to go with her, and after years of going to many different salons together, this was the first time anything like that happened. The second issue was even worse: the moment the service ended, I was met with repeated "Tip? Tip? Tip?" all the way to the door. It wasn't subtle -- it felt like pressure, and it was uncomfortable. Pedicures aren't cheap, and being chased out the door for extra tipping is not acceptable. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and not worth the time. I wouldn't recommend this place.
