We were quickly given a plate of fresh warm bread slices, drizzled with a garlic oil that was TO DIE FOR. We asked him for more and he brought out a bigger plate of them, no questions asked. We could have happily eaten just that bread for dinner. In stead, I ordered the garlic and butter shrimp in a sherry sauce, and a side house salad, while my friend ordered the file mignon. She's from Texas, and knows her steak, so when she said this was by far and wide the best steak she's ever had, I believe her. I've never seen someone melt on the spot like that over steak haha.
