This is who you go to when you're looking for someone who can work miracles on you before or after a big event. Or someone who can keep you in peak condition throughout the year. Jasmine will help you tune your instrument, Mind, Body, Heart & Soul so the creativity flows in abundance. Jasmine is a very skilled therapist focused on mind, body and creative energy. I've been to my share of both great and mediocre bodyworkers--and Jasmine is at the top. She knows how to create safe space has great technique and has a big heart. Ever experienced a three hour session of bodywork, multi hours of massage is just one of Jasmine's gifts. What makes Jasmine a great therapist? She really wants to know what's going on with you and your body. It's not just the standard questions. Jasmine will sit with you prior to each session to simply talk. Being very wise, she has a way of leaving you with positive thoughts that resonate like a meditation throughout the massage session. She is also incredibly intuitive and knows how to listen to your body. She started to work with my shoulders. Right away I could feel how tight they were. She gently worked deep and got them to release. As she worked, it was as if she was listening to my body with her hands and moved on to my arms. Normally I have therapist work on the typical large muscles...but then it all let go and I felt not only a physical release, I felt something very deep release...something emotional. And just like that I felt like months of heaviness were lifted from my being. Her massage work is so good that it has brought me to tears of blissful release but the fact that I was able to have that level of release...speaks volumes of not only her technique but her ability to facilitate high energy healing. I've never been to another therapist who could bring that level of healing. I must tell you that I am buzzing with energy and creativity for weeks after each and every complete session. If you want a great experience, find Jasmine like I did. If you want something even deeper, go to Jasmine again and again. My next appt is already booked.
