I was left no choice but to take someone to court because their insurance wasn't paying what was due as a result of of their insured rear ending me on Highway 68. It took about 10 months to get to this point and by the time the defendants had to be served, one of them had moved out of state. I am glad I called Laurie at Quick As A Wink because that's exactly how she operates. She clearly explains what she was going to do, when she was going to do it, and how many times she would attempt. Out of 2 defendants, Laurie was able to serve one in no time at all. She was also able to get me an address in Nevada for the other defendant which helped me get that person served out of state. The service at this establishment didn't stop there. Laurie also filed the proof of service with the courts for a nominal fee. Needless to say, The ruling was in my favor and it was was easy peasy thanks to Quick As A Wink. I highly recommend Laurie and I will absolutely hire her again. read more

Simply put...Laurie is amazing. Her awesome character and resourcefulness really helped me when I was in a bind. It turned out I needed something outside of her scope, but she still responded by providing me a GREAT referral to someone who is also amazing. She even followed up to make sure I knew that person's availability and told him I was calling. Yelp actually sent my project request to Laurie (even though this isn't what she does) and 2 legal offices. Well, Laurie was the first to respond and the only one who actually helped. The other two offices just referred me to attorneys even though I was specifically avoiding that option. I have hired Laurie on many occasions over the years to serve various legal document. She is extremely fast. Not only that, but she calls me with regular updates on the status. When someone is hard to serve, we discuss various alternatives. She will also file the proof of service with the court for me and email me a copy which saves me time. She was as the name of her business states if not faster, within our short conversation regarding the services I was seeking she assured me she could help. Disappointed. Our office asked to hire for a serve. She agreed. While we didn't receive anything in writing from her office, we have learned from her angry text messages, and after hours phone blow-ups what her "policy" is. She likes Venmo or Vell other phone payment methods. We are a law office. We don't pay vendors that way. We did not get the serve completed, only because we (our office) didn't have a credible address. Laurie explained she would make three attempts. She made two, and at both addresses, there was no incident here, but then went 'on hold' to verify a real credible address. She angrily sent a text after a few days demanding to be paid. I asked that she send an invoice. (We will pay her.) She since is on a *bender sending message after message, so now she is blocked. She gets a 1 star for professionalism, a 1 star for blowing up our phone, and no stars for sending angry messages after business hours, while manic. I debated copying the manic text messages, but this seems harsh enough. Sorry Laurie. You'll do better if you BE BETTER. read more

I called Laurie to serve someone for Small Claims Court. She was very professional and thorough. She made sure to follow up with me regarding the Service of Process throughout until service was accomplished. It took 2 attempts to serve this individual who I thought would be hard to locate. We only had a very short time before the trial to serve this individual so time was crucial. Laurie did an amazing job & was very easy to work with. As soon as I met her to give her the paperwork I immediately believed in her ability to make it happen. What can I say other than absolutely fantastic service!!!Laurie is very professional and effective in what she does. I had a very difficult case where I needed the other party to be served.
