For younger kids, there is a purpose-built kids salon which comprises half of the floor space. It comes complete with novelty cars to sit in and optional TV screens available with shows on demand for every seat. There are options to appeal to both boys and girls. I'm fortunate that my kids have always enjoyed getting haircuts. But they're well accustomed to the screamers, too. Somehow, everyone walks out with a nice haircut. If I had a mild criticism, it would be that there is sometimes a sense of barely controlled chaos. But in the last year or two they've tightened up their booking arrangements, which now work much better. Appointments, by the way, are strongly recommended (although they will work hard to accommodate any and all walk-ins). Pricing is very reasonable. I believe they take cards these days but it's smart to bring cash.

From the haircut to the final style, she nailed every detail with such confidence and skill - it's clear she's a seasoned professional who knows her craft inside and out. I met another customer at the entrance with the same complaint who also called ahead. I wonder if the owner/management is aware that their employees leave work early. Are they getting paid for a full day's work? I hope not! When I worked retail, we were not allowed to lock up until closing time and we had to provide service to any customers remaining in the store. Then we were allowed close. After that we worked to clean and prepare for the next business day. That's how to run a retail business.
