Hours are very limited especially for people who don't actually work in Stillwater--if i need to deposit a check or need to talk to a person for something else I either have to take vacation time from work or wait till Saturday morning. Don't know how many times I've tried to race there before they closed at noon on Saturday. Other places I've lived, banks usually stayed open till 6 at least 1-2 nights a week, and usually remained open till 1-2 on Saturday afternoon in order to accommodate working people. I wish I had investigated the hours of some of the competing banks here before going with SNB. They also seem to offer pretty limited services other than basic banking...no credit cards available as far as I can see. I wouldn't say I've had a bad experience here and people have always been friendly, but I wish I'd shopped around a little more beforehand. "Meh" sums it up pretty well.

I can't count how many mistakes this bank has made and it has cost me thousands of dollars. They have horrible communication and treat everyone like they are a temporary student customer. I had some problems with routine bank transfers and they told me that they don't help with those sort of problems. I was really upset, as Chase's failure to process the transfer created an overdraft at another bank for which I was charged. All the branch staff offered to do was to close my account for me. Sorry, I deserve better after banking at Chase for over 40 years. My advice is go to a local bank, not this place whose only purpose seems to be to open new accounts for students.
