On 12 Aug i received a call fromYesenia Madrigal stating my loan was approved. 13 Aug an email was sent to me requesting my proof of income and a bill of sale from the dealership. I provided both and she received them. Meanwhile we drove 110 miles to the dealership twice making plans for the pickup of the boat. We haven't heard anything from the bank for 4 days so I sent and email asking what was the status of the loan. the response I got was: "After pulling the NADA(value) for the boat we are at a value of $20,020 without trailer since no trailer information was provided on the Bill of Sale.. on Boats we are only able to lend 100% so we can't go above the $20K value". 1st, it took them 3 days to finally contact me with this information, Only after I asked the status. 2nd, who buys a boat without a trailer? 3rd,, they are going off the base price of the boat. Not all the upgrades and extras. Matter of fact I was never asked about the upgrades.NADA values the boat at $37,450. I was mislead when they approved my loan that I did online for $29,000. I would not recommend WeStreet anyone: their staff is rude and unhelpful, their polices and rates are the worst in town. They seem to be suffering a mass exodus of customers and that says a lot about them as a place to bank. I left about a year ago. Came in person to shut my account down. The teller gave me a receipt and everything was zeroed out. Now they sent me an email stating that I owe them money and they are going to report it to a credit agency and or sue. Wow, I just wanna be done with these people.

So what makes it "As good as it gets"? Their hours! They are so ridiculously convenient and have many times saved my life. No more rushing through traffic or getting out of work early to make it to the bank before it closes. They open Monday-Friday: 8:00AM-8:00PM, Saturdays 8:00AM-4:00PM AND Sundays from 1:00PM-5:00PM. Need I say more? Does your bank open on Sundays?! Plus the people working there are always helpful and straightforward.
