The loan was discharged with Shore in November 2023, because Shore discovered that its broker had engaged in fraud/forgery to obtain the loan and it was thus void. Centennial has failed to file a satisfaction of mortgage with the USCG and continues to illegally encumber the vessel. Shore's attorney, Jason Manning at Troutman Sanders, has threatened me with a harassment allegation if I do not cease my efforts to get Shore to comply with the law. Do not do business with this shady organization.

First they will not honor the commitments made by their weekend customer service representatives. Second, they violate the privacy of their members. My husband needed to get a new debit card for is personal account. They gave him a debit card to MY personal account, for which he was not even listed as a beneficiary at the time. It wasn't even for our joint account, but my personal bank account. This is a huge violation of a member's privacy and depending on the circumstance could result in a very bad situation. Could you imagine if they did that to a woman who was trying to secretly save to leave an abusive partner? Third, each person you talk to gives conflicting information. Fourth, they change your account settings without notification. Use ANY other bank.
