I went in Artwalk today with a couple of friends. One of my friends wanted to see if a sweater on display was available in her size. She asked a clerk and was told that the sweater on display was the only one available. As the clerk did not offer further assistance, I reached up to undrape the sweater from a t-shirt so that my friend could try it on. When I did so, the clerk came running across the store screeching, "Don't mess up my display!" I'm sorry, but I thought the purpose of a store that sells clothing was to entice customers to come in, try on the merchandise, and then buy it. If that's the case, someone should educate the clerk with the abrasive customer service skills. I will NEVER return to this store! read more

horrible experience and will never shop here again. my Son bought a pair of pants for his Girlfriend and didn't notice until he gave them to her that they had a rip on the bottom. he called and then I called and talked to the store manager and she would not let him exchange them. horrible customer service and now my Son has to see if they can be repaired at an alterations and spend more money or out 30.00 there are so many nice shops with friendly great customer service in the area. don't waste your time or money in this shop. read more

They're selling items from their online store but not honoring the shipping cost calculated when you check out. Kellie contacted me after the fact wanting an additional $20 for my order, stating that they're aware of an issue with the shipping estimator. I refused to pay the additional shipping cost because I didn't feel it was my fault so she cancelled my order. Unless they're going to honor the shipping cost calculated at check out, they should shut the store down and not continue allowing customers to place orders. Very unfair and poor business practice! read more

What a neat place to browse! There are TONS of booths spanning three floors with everything from cut-up license plates and jewelry to oil paintings and yard art. Even if you're not interested in buying anything, you can at least be amused by some of the items or inspired (to make your own, cheaper version) by others. Great place for gifts or just to kill some time. read more

Art Walk is a pretty cool place to buy "Art" both local and national. This is a kind of flea market of sorts where artist have an unattended booth, selling items through consignment. Most of the items are high craft ranging from wood work to pottery to greeting cards. There is a wide variety of items both decorative and functional. The folks running Art Walk are friendly and helpful. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that I always like to go and look at everything, but I can never find anything I really want to buy. I could see my Mom or Grandma being able to find things to buy, but no me. Definitely worth a look. read more
