My husband and I just had our wedding at Artspace last week and it exceeded our expectations. The space was absolutely beautiful during our ceremony and reception. Our coordinator, Becca, was absolutely phenomenal the day of! She made sure all of our needs were met and any questions were answered. She completely took away the stress from us and let us enjoy our day. All of our guests raved about just how beautiful the venue was! If you're looking for a beautiful outdoor venue or art gallery venue, this is the place for you. The dedicated team at Artspace 111 have truly exceeded our expectations and we cannot thank them enough!

I had a chance to visit ArtSpace 111 last night for a joint holiday party hosted by a few groups in my industry. This space is conveniently located right off the expressway, and had some interesting artwork on the walls and great space outside as well. This is a nice venue for groups, luncheons, likely wedding, etc. There is a really nice outdoor space as well. The only slight deduction is I didnt see much in the way of parking. (Street parking was saturated, and I ended up parking in a lot for another business across the street. Not sure if there is more on the other side of the building). Overall, really cute space!

This was such a dreamy venue. The team at Artspace was phenomenal and made planning our wedding so easy. They did so much to make sure we and our guests enjoyed the day and they were so fun to work with. The space was perfect, the shade cooled down the 90 degree day so we could be outside in the gardens comfortably. Brandi coordinated the wedding and was just what we needed. She was so calm and picked up on our style and what we wanted quickly and delivered. She always gave us our options and made everything as simple and enjoyable as possible. We would choose Artspace 100 times over if we did it again!

Rustic historic Fort Worth atmosphere and sunny natural outdoor space set the background for this art gallery on Fort Worth's a east side railroad district. Converted from an old warehouse, Artspace 111 conveys old Fort Worth embracing a modern art vibe. Janet Chaffee's work is currently on display and has an organic, elemental quality to it that matches this metal and concrete facility. The back patio and lawn feature a broad deck, rusty metal doors in brick exterior wall, a gated green space landscaped with trees, and sculpture scattered throughout. When we visited, Artspace111 was being set up as a wedding venue. It is quite a beautiful setting for any gathering. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back!

I recently came here for a wedding! This venue is a majority outside. November can be warm or it can be a little chilly. The wedding I went to end up getting a little chilly towards the end of the night. Walked through the venue building than it leads out to the outside part, the first thing you step onto is a very large deck, Dj booth was set up to the the right. From the deck you can gaze into the lower level. Going down a couple steps to the lower level, you'll see their is a small gate which leads to the ceremony. The area is beautiful, grass, some stepping stone, and lots of flower. One thing I didn't like is that the venue is right next to some train tracks. During the ceremony a train came by and everyone stays silence. Oh and there is only 2 restrooms!

Milan Gallery celebrates artwork in a much more casual and colorful way, and that's something I really love! Owned and operated by Fort Worth locals (who have contributed several beautiful pieces on display), Milan is a smorgasbord of local, national, and international works of every medium you can think of. Paintings, sculptures, glass work, jewelry, prints, photographs... Id say it's mostly paintings, but in every style imaginable. Abstract works, photo-realistic, impressionist, classical, and more. My favorites are probably the works by Thomas Arvid (I just love wine! I also heard there is an 11 year waiting list for an original creation), Gregory Beck (his sculptures are absolutely gorgeous and so graceful. I love the human figure and his works are extremely elegant), and Ford Smith (he paints the most vibrant and whimsical landscapes). The Dr. Suess works are amazing, of course! M Milan Gallery has shows all the time, so just keep an eye on their website or facebook for upcoming exhibition information. The best part of Milan is that on most Friday and Saturday nights, there's an incredible pianist playing and Tal (the owner) is pouring wine! The staff here is so knowledgeable about the artists and make you feel like family. Tal and Kelly have been especially helpful and welcoming, which makes all the difference in a gallery experience. This is a definite Sundance Square treasure, and I plan to spend many an hour exploring Milan Gallery.

This is a small-scale art museum that showcases a few artists' work at a time. It is free of cost too, which makes this a must see. I went during the last day of Ben Willis' Candy Man exhibit and WOW was it cavity inducing. I like how they feature local creative minds, too. Organic, haha jkjk. But it's lovely seeing the variety of styles they rotate in each exhibition. The entire layout of the studio has several rooms around a tall, modern white space. It is visually appealing and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The curators and owners of the space are very friendly and even offered us a refreshment while we were looking around. Of course, being an exhibition, every piece is for sale. Each artist even has an opening and closing event AKA party where you can definitely peruse the museum and potentially buy some artworks. I like the intimate dynamic as an outsider here to be able to mingle with the artist and surrounding community. You don't have to be a full-on art nerd to appreciate this quirky place! Outside, there's even a huge mural of a vortex-looking abstract ringed monstrosity done by the talented Hoxxoh which I dig so much! Go snap a photo with it before it goes away. So, parking is a tad tight here. I believe you have to fight over ~8 spots, so come here at an odd time and weekday and NOT during one of the events and you'll definitely be accommodated. Definitely come as the artists rotate! A super cool way to spend a day in the culture district while supporting the sweet Ft. Worth arts district.
