After meeting with four companies we decided to go forward with clean valley water and we were glad we did. They were extremely polite and professional. About 2 weeks after our install we noticed a small leak on the system, we called and there office staff was sweet and walked me through to check the unit. They said they could have someone rush over same day in the evening or next day am. I explained the am was fine, they were here the next day and fixed it fast and even offered to walk me through with system management. I was pleased with the professionalism and speed with everyone from the sales rep, office staff and their technician. I called a week later and was told the guy "did not have the product" that day. The women told me they would reach out to reschedule. It has been another week and still no call back to reschedule. I have had Culligan over 40 years in several different locations, but this has been the worst service.
