My two best friends and I decided our girls weekend needed to tattoos. This was my sixth, but a first for each of my besties. We called to see if they had any openings and we lucked out - Veronica was available and she was so excited to help us out. She was incredibly kind, patient and talented. It's a family owned and operated business and it felt that way. We are grateful and would for sure go back for more ink!!! read more

Pete Escobedo (owner?) met with me twice today while I tried redeem a gift certificate my wife…read morepurchased on 04/18/2023 (see photo) as a birthday gift for me. Pete informed me that it was his policy that he will not honor this gift certificate-nor would he honor ANYONES' gift certificate, regardless of the amount, once a year from the purchase date has passed. He further informed my wife and I that this happens frequently and that "he cannot make an exception for anyone otherwise everyone would want an exception." After learning that state and federal consumer protection laws require a business to honor gift certificates for five years from the date of purchase of said certificate, I, out of respect for him, went back for a second visit and asked him if he would honor the gift certificate given the consumer protection laws. Pete responded by telling me I was threatening him and also told me I was being recorded on video. I was completely calm throughout the interaction, and also made a recording. He then told me that "he didn't have time for this" and asked me to leave the premises. He also stated I should never return. I would never purchase a gift certificate from this business nor this individual. His work appears to be great. It's unfortunate we could not come to some agreement, as I tried multiple times. He informed me that if I don't like his policy, I should sue him. Unfortunately his policy does not supersede state or federal law. During this interaction, Pete also moved into my personal space. I let him know that I had recorded the interaction as well. His physical presence made me uncomfortable as I was ordered off the premises for requesting the redemption of a gift certificate. The video and audio recording serves as verification of his words and actions as well as my calm approach despite him claiming I had threatened him. DO NOT BUY GIFT CERTIFICATES FROM THIS PLACE EVER!!! Did I mention he also said they are non-transferable to any other person? The business only accepts cash as well, and after 1 year, you can wipe yourself with for life's gifts certificates, so give cash instead!

Absolutely love my tattoo! Woody did a great job! I was able to get a same day appointment, and the shop was cleanly, and my artist was professional and super welcoming. He really made me feel comfortable during the entire process. He did exactly what I wanted, and even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was healing okay. Great experience! Issac always does a wonderful job on my tattoos and is always willing to get me in on short notice. Majority of my tattoos are done by him and most were walk-ins and he never hesitates to accommodate getting me in the day of when i call. I got my 4th tattoo done by him tonight and he stayed late/past close to get me and my friend in even though we called last minute. He does wonderful work and is so kind!! Today my nose piercing came out and I was unable to get it back in and I was freaking out, so I called and they gave me a few tips and tricks to get it back in, but I was still unable to get it, so I called back and he told me to meet him at the studio. I went in about a month ago to have Woody finish the color of my tattoo and all I can say is he is just Amazing!! I absolutely love his work and would highly recommend coming here. I just had a helix and a nostril piercing done there and I was super happy with how they turned out and my piercer was so wonderful. She did an awesome job at making me comfortable and giving me the confidence that I was in the best place to get a piercing. The studio was very clean, and sanitary. Easy going atmosphere! read more

Highly recommend! My 14 year old son and I got our ears pierced. He got basic lobes and i got 4 lobes and 2 helix. I loved the energy of our piercer as he was funny and did an awesome job.
