You can tell that they are great with kids and have done a number of events with kiddos because they had a great system in place to know who was next in line. What I loved is that it was not just a random butterfly or flower on your face but an entire face painting!! The kids LOVED it!!!! Thank you again to your team. Oh - they also had photography! Which was great because I was of course to busy to even take one picture! By the time I made it to work at 8:30AM I already had all the photos sent to me! It's been five years since my wedding was canceled due to COVID. Like so many others at the time, I…read morewas facing financial uncertainty, but I initially understood why this business chose not to refund my deposit. We were all trying to stay afloat. What I don't understand is why--after all this time--not one person has reached out to me. My calls have gone unanswered. At this point, it's clear they've chosen to keep my money and hope I just go away. Well, they almost got away with it--but I won't stay silent. The least I can do is share my experience so others can make informed decisions. Times are tough again, and now more than ever, people deserve to work with empathetic, customer-focused companies. Out of all the vendors I worked with--some much smaller businesses, and even The Mission Inn in Riverside--every single one handled things with empathy and integrity. This company did the opposite. I never had a wedding due to COVID. That ship sailed years ago. Suggesting I use the deposit for another event is completely unrealistic. I'm not an event planner--what would I even need rentals for now? If the business chooses to respond here with a long, defensive comment instead of simply doing the right thing, don't be fooled. A polished reply from behind a keyboard doesn't change the fact that they've ignored me for five years. This experience has been deeply disappointing. If they're still holding onto deposits from people who never received a service, it says everything you need to know about how they operate.

This was hands-down one of the most fun and memorable parts of our entire wedding. From the moment the photobus rolled in (which, let's be honest, is already a vibe), it became an instant hit. Guests of all ages were lining up, piling in, grabbing props, and coming out laughing--it created this whole extra layer of energy and fun we didn't even realize we needed. The setup is beyond cute and so unique--it's not just a photo booth, it's an experience. It fit perfectly with our wedding aesthetic and somehow made everything feel even more special and personalized. Jeff and his wife Colleen are ncredible--so friendly, helpful, and completely on top of everything. They made sure guests were having a great time, kept things running smoothly, and just brought such a fun, easygoing energy to the night. And the photos... SO good. Not your typical photo booth strips--these are high-quality, frame-worthy, personality-filled moments. Some of our favorite memories from the night came out of that little bus, and it was so fun seeing everyone let loose and be a little ridiculous. It also ended up being one of the best "extras" for our guests--they're still talking about it and sharing their photos. 10/10--would absolutely book again (and honestly wish we could do it all over just for one more round in the photobus).
