History
Established in 2003.
Andrea LaRusso, founder and owner of Artistic Design Interiors started the business in 2003 and has worked independently ever since. Her main focus now is on space planning, colors and textures in a room.
After many years' experience in interior design she does general contracting and remodeling with focus on custom cabinetry and custom trim.
The specialty woodworking is a facet of the many things she can do. All custom woodworking is executed by my skilled master trim carpenters with over 37 years of carpentry and remodeling experience under our belts
Andrea often does floral design, which is a hobby of hers, and from time to time still designs perennial gardens. She was educated in landscape architecture branched into interiors that became her main field of work. But she still does some landscape consultation as well.
Meet the Business Owner: Andrea L.
I have always felt God designed each and every one of us with a specific purpose or intent. Unfortunately some of us never find or discover what that is. Fortunately for me it came at a very young age. I began to work for a local large furniture giant, and became the most successful designer to pass through their doors. I had the highest numbers for repeat clients and my sales numbers were staggering. It was obvious this was a passion not a job for me. I had the opportunity a few years later to take a few years off, go back to design school and travel. I started my own corporation in 2003 and have worked independently since. I often do floral design a hobby of mine, and from time to time still design perennial gardens, my main focus now is on space planning, colors and textures in a room. I feel a person's home should reflect that person's unique God given talents and loves and that person should feel a sense of serenity and calm when he/she walks in the front door.
