I go here for most of my tattoos but recently theres horrible customer service. I wanted a simple chicken nugget tattoo, the owner told me he doesn't know how to do that and that I'd have to go to Birmingham to get "realism" I didn't want realism just texture. when I said if it's a problem I can find someone else he got an attitude with me.. do not go here!! people working cash register were super sweet though :) read more

Got a beautiful half sleeve today to finish off my upper arm tat. Studio is the nicest 1 I have ever been in. Large area, couches to sit in the lobby area. Each artist has their own room where they work. Great atmosphere, very very good prices. My artist, Mak, is unbelievably talented. And does great , ( and fast work). My new tatto is just beautiful. If anyone wants a good tattoo studio, go to Artistic Addictions, ask for Mak. The only studio I will go to. Just fantastic. read more

I went to have my septum pierced. The receptionist must have been having a bad day. The piercing artist did correctly pierce my nose, however; the care instructions she gave me involved cleaning the piercing directly with Dial Gold soap. Every bit of information I can find on the piercing says otherwise, including from other piercing artists in the area. She told me "When the light green pus turns to crust, it's healing." but since I stopped washing it with Dial, I have had no problems with said pus. I went to Tat2Tyme to have it swapped out, and will be going back there for anything else I need in this vein. read more

Don't even waste your time going here if there is an Alabama or auburn foot ball game on. They will literally refuse service or over charge you. The artist is rude. The receptionist was great though, She was just doing her job. I went to tattoo time in sax and got the same tattoo I was going to get here for almost 200$ cheaper and not to mention amazing quality. Moral of the story. If you like rude people who clearly don't give a shit about their customers then this is the place for you. read more

I got a cartilage piercing here recently...I have ten piercings overall and this one was by far the most painful. I have my nose pierced and even my daith. I tolerate pain very well, but this one was a lot different. I have a triple helix and none of those hurt as much as this. I did all my "research" for this piercing and everything I read said you do not pierce it with a hoop, but that's what was put it in. I was not given an option to pick my jewelry. It's been a while since I got it done, but it still hurt and is still painful. I am going this week to another artist to have it checked out and possibly removed because of the amount of pain it's causing. The piercing artist here told me to wash my piercing with Dial Gold Soap SIX times a day! I was shocked when she said that because I've never been told that with any of my other piercings. I know people who have had good experiences here, but I will definitely stick to my usual guy in Georgia from now one. read more
