The ladies are fantastic!!!!!! I keep going back... what does that tell you? Pandora selections are great!!

Bought a Pandora charm three months the stones fell out took it back for the Pandora warranty, or an exchange, or refund. The two women were very rude would not honor any of the above and told me no exchange no warranty no refund they would not do anything about it. I had bought six charms from them during the last year, will never buy another one and never step foot in the store again read more

PLEASE READ THIS ABOUT A SHOP IN VENICE ,Fl TODAY!!! I was in a boutique shop in downtown Venice ,Fl today and as I was waiting my turn in line, a woman walks up in front of me and tells the owner, " I'm with her ", when she really wasn't, seemed to be a friend but had separate purchases. She just wanted to be next. Well okay, they finally finished all of their who will pay back whom for what and then my turn is next. The owner rings me up and I ask if I could have gift boxes like the previous customer. She said " I don't have one for the turtle". I mentioned to the owner that my next purchase was a gift also and could she give me a box for that gift to be placed in one of the nice little white bags. She seemed very irritated about it. I asked for my other purchase to be put in the white bag as well. I shouldn't even had to ask. She stuffed the box into the bag and she ripped it. I said oh no that ripped , could I have another one please? She was extremely put out about that and said something like, "oh how ridiculous "and then took both of my items and put them in an oversized brown bag. After putting in my credit card she proceeded to push all of the required buttons HERSELF and then gave the receipt to not me but my granddaughter. We left. Today was a huge craft fair and there were so many artisans to buy from and I love supporting small business but to be treated that way is beyond me. I will not only NEVER shop there again but I will be letting everyone I know in Venice, Sarasota and all of my neighbors on the " Nextdoor neighborhood" site. what a rude, annoxious woman this was. read more

SUCH bad service. I bought a clearance Pandora ring that ended up tarnishing. I was refused a store credit or exchange even though it says that on the receipt. The manager said that I could only exchange it for the same exact ring? They are very rude and brushed me off while I was speaking. I wasn't even upset with the Pandora ring tarnishing, I just wanted to look at other Pandora items if possible but ended up with the same one. The lady said they don't normally exchange clearance items but I was never informed of this when I bought it. Will never go back due to horrible attitudes. read more

While the merchandise is lovely, the service and attitude are lacking. The two women working the store on Saturday didn't seem to feel the customer was important. The attitude was bordering on rude. Perhaps they don't need the $$? It is the customer who is paying your salary and keeping the store in business. Maybe this is just a hobby. Furthermore, the listing for the store hours is incorrect. I attempted to visit on Friday, thinking they were open until 9, only to find them locking up the shop before 5. And they didn't seem particularly apologetic about that. I would have expected a friendly "I'm so sorry, but please do come and see us tomorrow. Our hours will be...." Perhaps Pandora should consider selling their product at another Venice merchant. Don't think I'll be back. read more

Went there on Sept. 4, 2016, my purchase was for $10.70 and when I tried to use a credit card to pay, I was told by the clerk she could not accept a credit card for that amount. There is a federal law about refusing someone using a credit card to pay and it states a merchant can refuse up to $10. Pretty crappy if you ask me, all I can say they will not see me again as a customer. read more

I went in and bought two necklaces for my daughters birthdays. A few days later I changed my mind and went in to get a refund. The lady helping me was very abrupt and said they didn't do refunds. I said I wasn't informed there where no refunds before I bought them because if I had been told that, I wouldn't have bought them as I was still considering my options. The lady rudely told me that it states that on the receipt. Really? So after someone purchased an item and it is no longer refundable, the receipt states it's not refundable? Never again. Don't patronize this vendor. Oh, and after I returned from my visit I looked up the items on-line, the prices for each necklace was significantly less expensive direct from the maker and were on-sale for another 20+% off. I could have gotten them for half the price I paid at this shop. Bad business. read more

Had a wonderful experience while shopping Artisans. They are under new management and all the employees were very pleasant and extremely helpful. They have a nice selection of Pandora jewelry and very unique art and home decor. A fun place to shop. read more

Amazing Store! Great selection of Pandora and TONs of beautiful items!

No returns without a receipt. Tried to make an even exchange on a pair of earrings my husband gave me for my birthday. Manager would not let me exchange them without the receipt. They were a very specific style they alone carried, on an Artisans tag, in the Artisans gift box, ribbon, and gift bag, however, my husband misplaced the receipt. This was an even exchange for earrings I liked a little better. No deal. I said this wasn't the way to build good customer relationships and I won't be back or recommend their store to local friends. My husband went back to the store and request a refund which of course they wouldn't do. They finally agreed to exchange the earrings. Strange way to do business. They could have simply been pleasant, let me exchange them the first time, kept the cash in their drawer, and had a happy customer. I had looked around for sterling silver anklets for my maid of honor gifts and finally found some I liked at Artisans . . . paid almost $30 each; the wedding was last week on a beach - the first anklet broke sometime between putting it on and the end of the photos being taken. Found the chain but the little charm was lost. The second one broke about 2 hours later (luckily(?) in the middle so the charm was still attached). If it was only one I probably would have just let it go but took them both back with my credit card receipt. The manager would only give me a store credit for one since we had lost the charm & she could not have been ruder. She wouldn't even note that I was returning a second broken chain so I can notify my credit card that two were returned. She ended up yelling at me as we exited the store. Thank God my husband didn't buy the $500 metal fish he had his eye on . . . after working in customer service for over 40 years I am appalled that a customer would be treated like that over $60. read more
