He will take the time to answer questions from the class and will review a sequence a few times until the majority of us pick it up. He was exceptional! The studio is a little small but clean and a comfortable space for the class size. The office staff are friendly, follow up promptly, and take care of what's needed. The teachers genuinely like children and are well trained in working with each age group - these aren't just professional dancers doing what they can to pay the bills while they wait for their big break (a relatively common phenomena in the dance school world). The music they dance to is fun and engaging and they offer a broad range of classes, most offered at different days and times throughout the week. Makeup classes are easy to schedule. It's easy to observe classes through one-way windows and there's enough that you don't have parents crowding around one limited viewing area. Another factor that was important to me was that the class dress code and recital costumes were age appropriate. No bare midriffs.

The instructor specifically said we had to stop practicing the foxy moves that went to our song. At the end of two lessons they pulled us into a private room and tried to upsell us for $600 to create a "wedding dance" Didn't attend the group lesson -wasnt even worth the time to drive there.

Absolutely Unacceptable Cancellation & Billing Practices. I cancelled my Planet Fitness membership…read morein person, yet continued to be charged anyway. When I noticed the charges didn't stop, I made multiple attempts to resolve it--including two emails and phone calls--none of which were returned. The facility did not answer the phone, and no one responded to my emails. Despite cancelling, I was charged again, and then charged the annual fee on top of it. To make matters worse, when I finally spoke with the director, they refused to refund the annual charge that should never have gone through in the first place. At one point during my membership, I was even charged twice in a single month. If you sign up here, I can almost guarantee you'll deal with overcharges, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. This business is untrustworthy and unwilling to make things right, even when the error is clearly on their end. Cancelling should not require this level of effort, persistence, and stress. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
