Now all that is gone, replaced with so-so service, and you're likely to deal with a different employee each time you visit. Anything more than basic dealings with tellers is handled by people who seem to have received little or no training. Online banking is slow and sometimes sporadic. Two stars of five at best, and I hate that that's what it has become.
