She's really great at making you feel comfortable out of your comfort zone. She challenges you but keeps the lessons really fun. She sees every little misstep and mistakes. Nothing gets by her. I don't know what relaxation smell you were going for, but epic fail. There are so many chemicals in those things you pump into the air kind of counteract the whole working out thing. The place was also packed on a Sunday at 12 o'clock seems to be a lot of teenagers.
