Horrible service and incompetent. I called yesterday regarding compression socks for my 85 year old…read moremom and was told an appointment is not necessary on Saturdays, we can just show up. My mom arrived early by transport adapté and was told she needs an appointment. she had to wait there over an hour for her return transport. This is totally unacceptable, unprofessional and incompetent.
