I totally forgot to leave a review!!! When i was around 20weeks pregnant i desperately needed a last-minute gender reveal cake. I knew it would probably be a silly ask but I went in anyways. I spoke to Sylvia, and said I needed a small gender reveal cake by Dec. 21st, except the problem was i wouldn't know what the gender is until Dec. 19th! Right away she told me they could make it work; i'd order the cake and pick a flavor and then the morning i know, to bring in the envelope and they'd color the frosting on the inside instead. That was perfect as I knew nobody else would probably want to do it and she was so nice about it! The cake was beautiful and delicious and the colored frosting held the same effect as a colored cake. Went in earlier today for some treats and was greeted by a sweet girl with curly hair. Unfortunately the cupcakes and macaroons were old. We got 4 cupcakes which were super dry and the macaroons were soo crunchy they fell apart. I came a while back and they were not like this. I have gotten cakes from two other bakeries for different occasions. One forgot the sugar ( or their recipe was just bad!) in the frosting , it was so bad we couldn't even eat it! My sister and I were visiting Washington without a car and decided to walk to this bakery for an evening treat. My phone app said it was a 20 minute walk but it turned out to be much further because I'm directionally challenged. Upon entering this sweet-filled store, the attentive owner noted our exhaustion and promptly gave us water. Wasn't that nice?! I had a macaron ice-cream sandwich - yum! My sister had the cupcakes (she said "yum" also). We sat in the sweet parlor, enjoyed our treats, and prepared for the walk back. Suddenly the owner appeared with a printed map and advised us of a more direct route back to the hotel. Above and beyond! I got a mini boysenberry cheesecake, a cookies and cream cupcake, a few cake bites, and a couple of macarons. I didn't buy them all for myself, but I did try the cheesecake and a cake bite. Great macarons! Service is not that great. I emailed to place a cake order and did not receive a response back. I called the next day to see if they received my email and was told they did not reply to the email because they were booked for that day. Kind of a crappy way to let someone know you're booked is to just ignore the email and let them sit around and wonder if you'll reply. Update: Sylvia the owner reached out and offered to make the cake for me because I emailed in before they were fully booked. Drove from Zillah (about an hour) to try out this place.... And sooo happy I did! It is very cute, elegant and simple inside. It really makes the treats pop! The guy working the counter was very kind and helpful. He was inviting and friendly from the moment we walked in the door. We tried a cupcake (funfetti) and it was delicious. The frosting is not the super sweet, overbearing, sugary kind, which I was pleased with. A friend of mine had the chocolate cupcake and said it was very moist and Delicious! We had the carrot cake cupcake and the salted caramel chocolate cupcake. The cakes were fluffy, moist and flavorful and the frosting was not too heavy or sweet. I saw Artfetti come through on my FB feed and decided to check them out. I purchased a few macarons and 2 cupcakes for me and my husband. We were very delighted with the macarons as well as the cupcakes but what sold me was that they sell FROSTING SHOTS!!! Even some of the places in Seattle isn't as good. Their cupcakes are delicious! Not dry at all. The cake pops are dense but super velvety. Their store is very cute. Service is great! We had place an order for a cake and they missed it. They offer to make it right away and deliver but we didn't have time so I asked if I could get cupcakes instead. Stumbled in after having dinner at a restaurant in the parking lot. Came in 20 minuets before close and they were sold out of some flavors of macaroons and cupcakes and ALL OF THE SUGAR COOKIES. So the fact i couldn't try the whole selection means it must be good. Got 2 cupcakes and 2 cake balls and a cotton candy macaroon i told him he didn't even have to wrap. The whole order was under 10 bucks and change, compared to other "boutique bakeries" in town this is actually affordable and i could totally see bringing a dozen cupcakes to work just to "be nice" The atmosphere is cute and it smells unbelievable in there like clean and baking is the best Description i have for it.
