Based on this am really feeling buyers remorse at double that amount. Great experience overall but still not worth double. Full disclosure, this was a Sunday job and I was told $149 trip fee. This company did a plumbing job for me and did not turn the water off at the house. Somehow while doing the job they left my home unoccupied and the water came on leaving 2 areas where valves were not capped off causing a huge flood. They came to fix it and claimed it was their plumbers fault and he would be personally paying for all repairs. He did not do proper repairs and water sat on floors for over a week ruining more of the flooring and causing more issues and mold due to them not fixing the initial issue correctly. Since then, they have been completely unresponsive. Finally I received a call from their insurance company and now I still have no resolve and this is since June. I am out of pocket on damage and loss of income (its a rental property), had to replace 50% of my floors, ruined furniture, clothing, and the fact that i now have had a flood that I will have to claim when I go to sell the house in future which will cause a loss of income. I will also be filing an additional complaint with their insurance company as I have sent 7 emails, made 5 phone calls and still have not had a response as to what the resolve will be. I have never experienced such lack of care, incompetence and lack of integrity. I need this resolved and am at a huge out of pocket loss.

It was the price that concerned me for a 6 year warranty water heater (the lowest, cheapest water heater) installed. I would have possibly negotiated for a better water heater, but the initial quote from Titanz really put me off. Well above market price, including all the permits required. Install won't happen for a couple of days. I get scheduling, so not too bad of hit. I've since installed the top of the line 12 year water heater (because I'm a nerd). The tech should have known I knew what I was doing (see nerd reference) since I've replaced both heater elements, both thermostats and the anode rod. I see the leak at the weld point of the top element (nerd with magnifying glasses). I've done my research and have maintained and installed water heaters in the past.
