I was in with a friend who would have been a very high client for this little shop giving him a tour so he could outfit his home using a local business. Even though they don't offer the quality to match his home he was willing to support local. As we walked through, 3 women sat behind the counter and ignored us and were too busy chatting rather than even get up to see if they could help. This would have been a massive opportunity for them however I think they chose to judge a book by the cover and ignore a younger person who would have spent a fortune with them. The only comment they made as we left was to "be sure to come back when we have a sale!" Needless to say neither one of us will be back! read more

I generally leave good reviews but not in this case. I can't say this was a pleasurable purchase... these couches are by most standards expensive... $5k plus. The previous couch five years ago came with soft pads to protect wood floors... not this one... this couch/bed pullout came with what appears to be semi spikes on the bottom... obviously met for a pad... but no pads. This will easily tear up a beautiful wood floor should it be moved. Unbelievable. For a couch that easily costs $5k you would have expected the owner to not have to go skirmishing for pads. read more

This company is awful!!!! Do not order from here!!!! The retrurn policy is absoultley insane. The couch I ordered doesn't come close to the color showed on the website and was very very short. When I emailed Kelly Greenwell for a refund, she came back at me with a list of fees. I paid with tax 1748.20. They are charging me 20% restocking fee,(319.84) round trip shipping fees of 243.80 (outbound) and 410.06 back to the store, a total of 653.86. so my refund is 774.00. they are keeping 1000.00 of my money. I am happy to pay the 20% of the stocking fee but 700.00 for shipping is ridiculous. read more

We ordered a sofa from this store in mid February, which arrived at the store in six weeks as we were told. But when the sofa arrived at the store, we were in the initial period of the Covid 19 emergency, and didn't want it delivered until that matter settled down a bit so we would have better information on what was safe and what was not. No problem. Store personnel advised us they would store it until we were ready for delivery. We asked for delivery in early May, and the delivery experience was good. The sofa was delivered in perfect condition and is a great addition to our home. The sofa was not inexpensive, but it is apparent that it is well built and of very high quality. read more

I purchased a leather recliner about 6 years ago that developed a problem with the reclining mechanism. Artesanos ordered the part, picked up the chair, repaired the chair, returned it to my home at no cost. I'm sure this was not covered under any warranty but when it was all done, there was no charge... Did I mention that while it was there, they also restored the leather? I just received my beautiful Animas Copper Top Capsule table today. Kevin and Richard were amazing! They were so patient with me. I really appreciate all their efforts and attention to detail. It is nerve wracking to order a table sight unseen. I had been looking for a new kitchen table for so long, I took a chance and ordered one online from Artesanos. The beauty and substance of the table base does not translate in the photos. A few days after submitting the order I received an email from Kevin at the company letting me know the item would soon ship and what to expect from there. We live in the Seattle area and purchased a gorgeous Forest Canopy Bed from Artesanos online store. The hand forged iron bed frame was incredibly pricy to purchase for our teenage daughter at Anthropologie but Artesano's great pricing was substantially lower and included free shipping. The bed frame is truly a work of art with all of its intertwined leafs and our daughter loves it. Richard and Kevin were so helpful and made sure that all parts of the handmade bed fit together perfectly before shipping. We bought a vanity from Artesano's for $600. Immediately the paint/ varnish was coming off and and when we bought it we were told this wouldn't happen. We went back to see what product was that they used on surface and they wouldn't help. Emailed owner and no reply. Oh yeah, vanity now has numerous cracks and is pretty much trash two years later. read more
