I can't say enough amazing things about my coffee table. It's truly the centerpiece of our living room. The craftsmanship is outstanding; solid, beautifully made, and it feels like a piece you'll have forever. It has the perfect balance of modern and timeless, and the wood tone adds just the right warmth to our space. The entire process from ordering to delivery was seamless, easy, and efficient. The delivery team was polite, patient, and kind, taking great care bringing it in and making sure everything was perfect. You can tell this company truly takes pride in what they do. If you're even thinking about it, do it. This table completely elevates the room while feeling effortlessly natural. It's not just furniture; it's a statement piece. read more

I was in with a friend who would have been a very high client for this little shop giving him a tour so he could outfit his home using a local business. Even though they don't offer the quality to match his home he was willing to support local. As we walked through, 3 women sat behind the counter and ignored us and were too busy chatting rather than even get up to see if they could help. This would have been a massive opportunity for them however I think they chose to judge a book by the cover and ignore a younger person who would have spent a fortune with them. The only comment they made as we left was to "be sure to come back when we have a sale!" Needless to say neither one of us will be back! read more

I generally leave good reviews but not in this case. I can't say this was a pleasurable purchase... these couches are by most standards expensive... $5k plus. The previous couch five years ago came with soft pads to protect wood floors... not this one... this couch/bed pullout came with what appears to be semi spikes on the bottom... obviously met for a pad... but no pads. This will easily tear up a beautiful wood floor should it be moved. Unbelievable. For a couch that easily costs $5k you would have expected the owner to not have to go skirmishing for pads. read more

I have purchased a Beautiful sculpture of an Iguana and lots of Mexican pottery! We also bought a mirror and a couple of paintings on aged paper I think! They don't bargain! ! read more

Great service! We changed our minds on size a few days after ordering and had no issues calling in and modifying the order before it shipped. Shipping was quick and well packed. Table looks awesome and price was great even with the exchange. read more

This company is awful!!!! Do not order from here!!!! The retrurn policy is absoultley insane. The couch I ordered doesn't come close to the color showed on the website and was very very short. When I emailed Kelly Greenwell for a refund, she came back at me with a list of fees. I paid with tax 1748.20. They are charging me 20% restocking fee,(319.84) round trip shipping fees of 243.80 (outbound) and 410.06 back to the store, a total of 653.86. so my refund is 774.00. they are keeping 1000.00 of my money. I am happy to pay the 20% of the stocking fee but 700.00 for shipping is ridiculous. read more

We recently received the table we ordered, and we love it. Thanks so much for wrapping it up So excellently. Bubble wrap, then cardboard, Then all wrapped in plastic. It arrived in perfect condition, looks great! read more

I am not an internet shopper so buying a copper table, sight unseen, was a big deal for me. After some research, I found Artesanos with the right credentials of a BBB rating and great reader reviews. The Staff was excellent-they promptly answered my questions accurately. They packaged my table so well to endure the long journey here to Detroit. The table is absolutely beautiful and competitively priced too. What a great company to work with. read more

We ordered a sofa from this store in mid February, which arrived at the store in six weeks as we were told. But when the sofa arrived at the store, we were in the initial period of the Covid 19 emergency, and didn't want it delivered until that matter settled down a bit so we would have better information on what was safe and what was not. No problem. Store personnel advised us they would store it until we were ready for delivery. We asked for delivery in early May, and the delivery experience was good. The sofa was delivered in perfect condition and is a great addition to our home. The sofa was not inexpensive, but it is apparent that it is well built and of very high quality. read more

Besides having one of the nicest furniture and accessories showrooms around, their customer service is top notch. If you're looking for some beautiful furniture to add to your home, this is the place to peruse. If you're looking for some beautiful furniture but also are interested in good customer service, go no further. I purchased a leather recliner about 6 years ago that developed a problem with the reclining mechanism. Artesanos ordered the part, picked up the chair, repaired the chair, returned it to my home at no cost. I'm sure this was not covered under any warranty but when it was all done, there was no charge... Did I mention that while it was there, they also restored the leather? It looks like new again, thanks Artesanos! This is the place to shop! read more

Like other reviewers, I had some anxiety about ordering a $3k dining set from a relatively unknown online retailer, but couldn't be happier with my purchase - everything arrived on time, in perfect condition, and was easy to assemble. This small leap of faith with Artesanos saved me almost 30% on the sales price of the same exact pieces from a local retail showroom... the smartest shopping decision I've ever made! Thanks Kevin and team, for a wonderful buying experience. read more

We ordered a London Loft dining table and bench, after seeing the items in a local Jacksonville FL store. We purchased from Artesanos and saved a significant amount of money. Our items were back ordered but Kevin Smith kept us updated on the progress of our order from start to completion. I have never had a better experience making a purchase of anything from anyone. Great furniture, unbeatable pricing and the best customer service I've seen in many years. Thank you! PS-if you happen to order the London Loft dining furniture, have several strong friends around to move it into your home. That stuff is extremely heavy!! read more

I just received my beautiful Animas Copper Top Capsule table today. Kevin and Richard were amazing! They were so patient with me. I really appreciate all their efforts and attention to detail. It is nerve wracking to order a table sight unseen. I had been looking for a new kitchen table for so long, I took a chance and ordered one online from Artesanos. The beauty and substance of the table base does not translate in the photos. It is very heavy and beautiful but is hidden by the gorgeous copper top-a nice problem to have :-) I am so happy that I stumbled upon Artesanos Design from my google search for copper kitchen table. Highly recommend this company to everyone. Thanks again Kevin and Richard Roslyn from Virginia read more

I ordered a custom table from them and not only were they great to work with by accommodating all of my request, the table far exceeded my expectations in the beauty and quality. It is truly a work of art and something I feel would have cost three time as much elsewhere. I was also amazed by the care they took in making sure the shippers could not have possibly damaged it. This was a copper top round table with a wrought iron base. This is a top notch company! read more

What an amazing gem of a store in the best mountain town ever! The owners of this establishment, Rich and Jenn, take customer service to the ultimate level. They were able to find exactly what we were looking for to furnish our home between on floor merchandise, custom copper orders, and gorgeous custom made leather sofas from American Leather. Not only did they meet our expectations, they also stored our furniture free of charge while we were making renovations to our home, and charged an Unbelievably fair and minimal delivery fee to bring the furnishings to our home 60 miles away. Their online site was also incredibly helpful when choosing accessories to our newly remodeled home. In this world of nameless, characterless, chain businesses Artesanos truly stands out!! I'm so happy that a family friend recommended this business to us, and we will continue to use them into the future. read more

I live in San Diego and ordered an iron & wood table and bench from Artesanos online store. I could not be happier. Their price was much lower than any other sites that I had found and their customer service was outstanding. Kevin and Richard followed up with me regarding shipping and even offered to find a local mover to help me with set-up (side note, I should have taken them up on the mover because the table alone weights over 350 pounds!!). Outstanding experience - highly recommend! read more

Spent more than $1000 w/Artesanos and was a little hesitant given they're not a pottery barn or artefacte name brand, but was very pleased with the whole process. Ordered a giant, heavy, iron bed. Great value, arrived ahead of schedule and with lots of extra packing to keep my iron bed safe on the trip. Delivery guy carried everything to our backyard where we unpacked and carried up in pieces. Would recommend A+++ read more

Amazing quality furniture and fabulous customer service! Anyone even considering a purchase from an on line competitor should absolutely think twice. Rich and Jen are such awesome people and offer a great selection. We have enjoyed our couch for years and our new American Leather recliner is top notch. We live in the Seattle area and purchased a gorgeous Forest Canopy Bed from Artesanos online store. The hand forged iron bed frame was incredibly pricy to purchase for our teenage daughter at Anthropologie but Artesano's great pricing was substantially lower and included free shipping. The bed frame is truly a work of art with all of its intertwined leafs and our daughter loves it. Richard and Kevin were so helpful and made sure that all parts of the handmade bed fit together perfectly before shipping. The bed arrived carefully packed and they labelled every piece to help us simplify assembly. Great customer service! A+++ We are planning to order from Artesano's again soon. read more

I was a little skeptical about ordering such an expensive piece of furniture off of a link from houzz, but my husband and I are very happy with the purchase of our new Caminito 7 Drawer Dresser! A few days after submitting the order I received an email from Kevin at the company letting me know the item would soon ship and what to expect from there. I found the small gesture of sending this email very nice and personal - a nice change from the auto response messages you typically get with an interweb purchase. We love the design and quality of the dresser. It was a great buy and we will certainly keep this place in mind for future purchases! read more

We bought a vanity from Artesano's for $600. Immediately the paint/ varnish was coming off and and when we bought it we were told this wouldn't happen. We went back to see what product was that they used on surface and they wouldn't help. Emailed owner and no reply. Oh yeah, vanity now has numerous cracks and is pretty much trash two years later. read more

I recently moved to Durango and have been in the process of furnishing my house here. Artesanos is by far my favorite place to shop for furniture and household items. They are filled with a wide variety of furniture and decorative items, that includes both unique one-of-a kind items as well as standard brands. Their prices are lower than other places in town for some of the brands they carry. Moreover, they are a pleasure to do business with and their customer service it tops.... a fun place to just wander around to explore all the unique pieces they carry. read more
