The owner and the lady she was training were both incredibly nice!! We were the first customers of the day and it was the training person first day so we got to chat with them both. First you get to select the vessel which she has tons of options! Then you get to pick your scent. You can simply pick one like use or make a scent of your own! Then you learn how to do it, clean you vessel, pick out your dye and make a candle. The process was easy, fun and simple. Our candles turned out amazing and we have already burned them once we got home from vacation. You also get a drink while you are there which was a nice touch. We did do a little extra shopping. I am excited to try my wax melts. I must also say I admire this owner. This is not something I have seen before and is a fun experience for for date night, girls night out, friends date or what ever you want to make it. Not only that but she was offered the shop on Christmas said yes with out knowing what she was going to do! She has been open since Feb of 2024 and she is killing it. I will be happy to order candles from her online so we can still support her all the way in Oregon!!!

The lady working was very friendly, helpful, and extremely patient with our indecisive group. She did an excellent job explaining how the process would work. They have a great variety of vessels at decent prices for your candles as well as the scents and colors for your wax. They have a couple of cards around that show you what scents work together. A couple of gals in our group weren't huge fans of the smells they put together, so she let them re-do/re-mix, which was so appreciated. The only downside is that it's a bit small. Thankfully, we had a small group so we fit perfectly inside.

He honestly should have a Joker collar rather than a Batman one since he's a bit of a villain, but that's neither here nor there! Staff was friendly, though prices here were a bit higher than some of the other stores in this area, though I suspect there's more hand/homemade things here than in other outlets in the vicinity.

So we needed to find a place for help, and fast! So we went to a few different places (including a doctors office), but all of those couldn't do it, it was to pricey, or it was closed. By the minute, my daughters ear got worse and worse, and that's when we stumbled across Altitude Jewelry! So I came up to a kind woman who was running the place at the moment, and explained the problem. She gave us tweezers, and helped us take of the back, and that's when she told us that the whole Diamond was actually in my daughters ear! With her help, we easily got it out, and got a new pair of earrings, and now my daughter feels fantastic! We are so grateful that the lady was able to help! Highly recommended when in a bad situation or just looking for jewelry!!
