Without knowing the change in family dynamics, Christina passed a lot of judgement their way and tried to sell additional services they were previously told they didn't need. Saved my son and my sanity…read more I found Joy using an internet search from Japan in 2004. My wife at the time was a mess and not getting any better. Her abuse of herself ultimately left our son in the worst kind of situation possible for a 5 year old (use your imagination). Joy provided me some guidance and I retained her for custody and divorce services. When I arrived in Tucson we met soon to go over documentation I had collected and to file paperwork to keep my son in AZ and to have monitored visitation. A man obtaining custody is never easy. Joy walked me through it all, sat next to me in court, and kept me strong through the process. Fast forward to 2019. The last time I saw my ex-wife she was on a lockup show on TV. My son is 22, and a Navy nuke guy on a sub. He is doing well because I was able to parent him separate of a person who cannot take care of herself. Joy and her team made this possible. As an active duty Marine with minimal income, this is by far the best money I have ever spent. Joy's experience and relationships in the Pima County legal community enabled her to represent me and my son exceptionally.

My experience with this firm was profoundly distressing and traumatic! My funds were disbursed…read morewithout the provision of adequate counsel or assistance in understanding the process. When I articulated my concerns regarding the lack of support, the attorney responded with aggression. This firm's conduct left me feeling isolated, unprotected, victimized, and entirely vulnerable. I strongly advise against entrusting your legal matters to this firm. They are prepared to accept your financial resources but do not anticipate receiving protection, counsel, or compassionate treatment; they demonstrate NO concern for your circumstances. I would rate them -0 if this was an option. In addition, based on the firm's public responses to other dissatisfied clients, it appears they dedicate significantly more effort and resources to defending their own image than they do to defending the interests of those they represent.

Thank you Mr. Trezza,…read more Yes, you made this very easy and logical. And gave me a "warm fuzzy feeling" throughout the process. Always quick responses to my questions that had I waited past my anxiousness, would have already been answered by you, Melissa, and staff within a day or two anyways. Would highly recommend. And I shopped two other "recommended" attorneys. Not as good even initial contacts. This process was easy, clear, financially correct, and just awesome. Respectfully, Gregory Bachman

She took on my case and immediately was able to help facilitate and agreement between myself and my son's father and his lawyer. Mrs. Petersen was extremely knowledgeable about custody law and went above and beyond to help me make logical and rational decisions regarding our child. Most importantly Mrs. Petersen was accessible either via email, phone or in person which in my opinion was the most important factor in my particular case. Every email and phone call was returned promptly in a timely fashion. I felt very protected by her representation in court and also felt she always had the best interest of my child and myself in mind, which helped us come to a very fair agreement in court. I highly value her help and expertise and highly recommend her services. As a client if you are looking to be represented by a lawyer who genuinely has your best interest in mind and will expedite a decision, she is the most suitable candidate to help represent you. She helped sort through the legal jargon and confusion and gave me the peace of mind that I was making the most informed decisions. I would happily enlist her help in the future if need be, luckily thanks to her both my son's father and myself have found a resolution where both parties are happy with the end result. Thank you again Mrs. Petersen Mandel you were an enormous help.
