I called and left a message requesting a call back regarding an update to my out of date last will, power of attorney and that sort of crap that no one wants to think about, but everyone needs. Attorney Weible personally called me back early the next day. A good man folks! I could tell I was dealing with someone experienced in the legal help I required. After asking a couple of questions which determined my legal needs and desires he got to work. A few emails from Attorney Weible, which contained templates of the legal forms I needed to fill out, and I was on the way. I dropped off a payment, at his office, with draft copies of the legal document templates I had completed a day or so later. Within a few more days I returned to Weible Law Firm to sign my new Last Will and Testament, health care and financial power of attorney documents as well as a living will declaration. It could not have gone more smoothly folks! I highly recommend Attorney Scott Weible.

All of my interactions from a professional standpoint were great. BUT…read more Be careful with the billing. I would never recommend this practice because of it I made a verbal agreement with the lawyer that she would do my case for a flat fee. The contract I signed called for payment of a retainer, an hourly fee rate and that I was responsible for the filing expenses etc. It also required a refund of the portion of the retainer that was not used. Since I made a verbal agreement (even though it wasn't what was in the contract), I expected my fee to be my fee. When the case closed, I got an invoice stating that the hourly billing totaled about 2/3 of the retainer, and by the way I needed to pay $200 filing fees. I told them I thought the case would be done for a flat fee, and that no mention of the extra fees was made when we talked about it. The office reply was that since it was in the contract I needed to pay it. So since we were referring to the contract, I asked for my unused portion of the retainer back ($600) or that I would call it even if they would honor the verbal agreement, Six months after the case closed, I got a new invoice equal to the total of my retainer and a bill for $200. Looks to me like they have generated some charges not shown to me when the case was in progress, but showed up only when I asked for my money back. I have filed a complaint with the Arizona Bar Association
