My friend and i decided to take a look at this consignment store and we were pleasantly surprised…read more They had an array of home decor, furniture, some antiques and glassware. I have to say that we found some vintage crystal wine glasswares, llardro bride and groom figurine, a beautiful porcelain ornately decorated compote. I will definitely be back.

Not trustworthy! Lie and make drama!…read more I checked out store to purchase a few items. Decided to purchase two. One item was a ceramic plate with ceramic fruit, for a table centerpiece. Mac said it $40 and so I accepted without asking for a lower price. (The item didn't have a price tag on it.) Then I saw a picture with a white cat hanging on the wall, and asked the price for that - since there wasn't a price tag, again. Mac said $16, I offered $10. Mac said yes. I then went to check out and Mac said that credit card machines weren't working. Being understanding, I asked if he would hold my items until he could get the credit card machine to work. He said yes!! NOT WHAT HE DID!!! Instead he texted me, two days later, telling me that my boyfriend could come in and buy the items but when my boyfriend showed up, less than an hour later, he said that he couldn't ring the items up. Additionally, for the first time, he said that a customer "broke" the cat picture... made up a huge story about how the frame and glass broke... and it destroyed the picture.... and then increased the price of the ceramic fruit! WHAT??????? Too many other consignment shops around town to have two days wasted with Mac lying and having me wait, going back and forth on texts telling me I can now come in to purchase, only to realize when my boyfriend arrived that he sold item (lying about a customer breaking it - and not having any of it to show), and then increasing the price of another item... AND saying that his boss wasn't available so he couldn't run the credit card... even though he is the one that gave the green light to come in and have his boss run the card. NOT WORTH THE DRAMA. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!!

What an awesome stop on my Route 66 trip! I heard about this place through word of mouth and I was…read moreso impressed I wanted to get this gallery on Yelp! Bob Lile is the owner and his dog, Lady works there as well. Don't forget to give her pets! Don't pet Bob though. He is really talented. It's such a cool space, it was one of my favorite stops along the way. I heard that he makes jewelry out of the Cadillac paint from Cadillac ranch. I had to see for myself because I couldn't imagine it. He showed me all around and he displays other artists Route 66 themed art as well. It's all amazing-I'll take one of each! He showed me what he does to make his jewelry. Gosh, it was fascinating I can't say enough nice things! I wish I had been able to chat longer but I was in a time crunch. I did buy a necklace and due to a tiny mix up I got the wrong necklace! So I'm sending it back and he's sending me the right one! That is really awesome customer service! His art is not cheap but it is reasonably priced! First of all it's an amazingly cool concept to create jewelry from the paint that's chipped off the cars. Second of all you're buying something that you'll have forever-if you don't lose it. Thirdly it's a conversation piece people are going to ask you about your jewelry because it's so unique and colorful. Fourthly it's a great souvenir it's better than a shot glass or a postcard or sticker.

The Lile Art Gallery was awesome. Bob Lile has a great collection of art pieces and jewelry for…read moresale. Stop in and visit. He can tell you about places to see on Route 66 that are not in any of the travel books. Talking to him enhanced our trip on the Mother Road. And his jewelry is beautiful.
