They have withdrawn the funds for the product, yet three weeks later, I have not received the products I ordered and WhiteWall doesn't know where they are. When I call customer service to determine location, the representative was extremely rude. To the point when I would ask a question, he would over talk me. I couldn't believe my ears, yet it was happening. Now, i'm in limbo waiting for a product and not know if and when I will receive it. Buyer Beware!

Cost wise, their Durst Lambda prints Fuji Crystal Archive DPII mounted on dibond are very reasonable and their canvas prints are great value. They offer volume discount if you push a lot of work through them. Their website isn't that good, but once your work is uploaded its all quite fuss free. Quality wise, their output is excellent, be wary of textile prints and direct to dibond as the colour balance isn't always right, which can be an issue if you need the product in a hurry, if you don't then they'll fix it. Normal delivery time to the UK is 11-15 days. I have no issue recommending them.

But I have nothing nice to say about this place now that I have been in there. I don't think that I have ever, in all my life, been so badly treated as a customer in a shop. The people in there just glared at me nastily when I went in, said hello and smiling... They ignored me completely, except for the nasty look I got in response to a smile and a greeting. I started to look on my own and a mean looking woman came over and made me feel like I was seriously wasting her time. They were snobby, unhelpful and right out rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone, well, not anyone I like anyway!! They put me in a bad mood and I will never go back. I hope no one else ever has this experience.
