This Gallery is dusty. Literally. (Some of) The work is decent; however, in my opinion, the display is tired.

Bike Clark County

These guys are incredibly nice, extremely knowledgeable and very patient. I just bought my first…read morebike from these guys and they were very helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns. They have a nice garage door set-up so that no one but employees are allowed in the store, they're sanitizing everything after each person, etc. Them being a local non-profit is just the cherry on top! Support local!

However, last time I took my bike in, I called to schedule as usual, waited the week or so for my "appointment" then took my bike in and dropped it off for basic brake maintenance. The next day, I received a call from them telling me I needed to come pick my bike up, as they no longer work on e-bikes and cargo bikes (my bike is both), as they are not set up for it. I was surprised as they had worked on this same bike more than one time, making sure to inform me they couldn't service any part of the motor. They could have "grandfathered" me in out of respect for my past business or at least not have allowed me to drop the bike off much less kept it overnight. When I picked it up they barely seemed apologetic about the situation and did not acknowledge the odd flip-flop. To add insult to injury there was an ebike in the repair stand at the time. I have since seen other people leaving the shop with their e-bikes. So what gives? I mean, don't lie to me if you don't like my bike. For the record, I was never disrespectful or rude when dealing with them. I have since begun taking my ebike to JohnnyNerdOut, a shop here in the Couve that specializes in ebikes, and they are amazing. I would never take another bike into Bike Clark County. The shop manager has shitty customer service skills.

Sea Mar-Community Services Northwest - Fourth Plain

I may always simply refer to this facility as CSNW-Community Services Northwest even though they…read moreare now under the Seamar guidance. A great fit for me as Seamar is my general care clinic and CSNW is where I have been receiving social counseling support and medication needs from the physicians and nurse practitioner specialists. I have been beyond fortunate in my findings here. I am not one who has utilized separate therapists and such very often. I did come to a point in life where it seemed necessary. And it is. Tim Nakayama is the one I "talk" to and have since my intake almost four years ago. He is exceptional in his caring approach to truly sensitive needs and has been a constant support in my life while I have battled many obstacles along the way.Tim consistently delivers positive reinforcement ( returns calls, etc)and finds time to see you if you realize you need to see him. I actually have lived through a terrible homeless battle and Tim and his team aided me in ways I can't begin to thank them for- but they had a direct impact on assisting me in my horrible ordeal. And that speaks to the level of personal attention you receive in this facility from the receptionist to Ginny, Mindy and Lacey ( Nurses who assist the prescribers) and in my case Mental Health NP Margaret Rose. She was a former medication prescriber of mine and through the graces of God is once again my treatment advisor. I can only speak for myself here, but to say how caring and how understanding of the realities we face is not giving her enough credit. It's nice when you are more than a number and when times aren't always "great" but you have a passionate medical provider who "gets it"-well, that's the winning combination. I utilize my medical benefits because I believe in the process and I see what has been, what is, and what still can be. I am blessed to have this group up at the Fourth Plain location for they have bettered me more than they may even know. At least now they ( and others)will. There are many services under their guidance and beyond the scope of my review. Group/ peer meetings and support and much more. I truly suggest turning to them if uncertain in specific areas of your well being. They have additional services I believe at 39th and Main street in the DT Vancouver area. Don't ever be afraid to seek the help you need because it is available.
