A large gift shop with just about every Hershey product you can imagine. The free Chocolate Tour is a must-do and a great introduction to how Hershey chocolate is made. The tour ends with a free sweet treat, which is always a nice bonus. Plenty of activities for families, chocolate lovers, and first-time visitors. There are also several paid add-on experiences available, including: The Hershey Trolley Works tour Create Your Own Candy Bar Hershey's Unwrapped live chocolate tasting show Of these, I highly recomme nd the Trolley Tour. The staff dressed in old-time attire really bring the experience to life, and their energy, storytelling, and interaction with guests make it a memorable part of the visit. It's a fun way to learn about Hershey's history while being entertained along the way. One thing to note is that the store can become quite crowded during the summer months, so be prepared for larger crowds if you're visiting during peak season. Honestly, I think they're pretty overpriced and you would be better off spending your time at the Hershey Story museum downtown. However, I think it's a must do if you visit the park. You can go on the free ride about how chocolate is made- and then you get a free sample at the end! They have food options but I think they're pretty overpriced. I would only go if you're on a bus trip and don't have any other options. The gift shop is massive and has different merchandise than the park. They also have deals on certain chocolate items and sometimes have new products as well. The check out lines can get long but move very quickly. There is also a self checkout line than can be hard to find but is very quick. You have to stop by if you're visiting Hersheypark- don't miss it!
