It's not like a business you can walk in anytime, all therapists work by appointments only. There isn't a receptionist. You can book a consult call, but no one is there to answer a call at all times. Booking online is pretty seamless. I've had a few massages, most recently with Lisa. She was great, I'd book with her again for sure. The massage rooms are in bedrooms, very nicely decorated with that serene spa feeling. I've been spending more of my time at Neuma primarily in Shay's yoga and yoga Pilates classes semi-regularly for the past 6 months. Shay is a wonderful teacher, very welcoming and knowledgeable. As an overweight person with anxiety about fitness spaces, I feel comfortable in Shay's classes. The yoga classes take place in the remodeled garage space behind the main house. I believe the class limit is 12, and when full it can be tight, but Shay always adjusts the class to ensure you're not running into your neighbors. They provide blocks, straps, blankets, weights and mats if you need them. Most students take their own mats, but I forgot mine once and was very grateful they had one on hand for me. To sign up for a class, go to the Neuma website, the group classes and click on the individual teachers names. You'll be redirected to a website to sign up and pay. $10 a class or 10 classes for $85 for Shay's classes.

Read the reviews and they sounded good. But, greeted at the door by a pretty young woman who hugged me and took me back to a perfectly ok massage room. She asked for payment in advance, not a good sign. Started massage - really NOT good "technique". After 15 mins, another client came in so she left me on the table to talk to him. Came back and said "customer came in, I will be back in 10 mins". What? But wait there's more. She came back after 10 mins and finished my back. She told me turn over, so I turned onto my back, eyes closed. She started to massage my chest and belly but it felt weird. I looked down and she had her top down and was massaging me with her breasts. She gestured to say that more was available, very available. A short conversation ensued and then I left. If thats what you are after, it is probably a good place. If you want a massage, look elsewhere.

I have driven past this place for YEARS and finally decided to book a 90-minute massage... and I'm…read moregenuinely blown away. First of all - booking was incredibly easy. I was able to schedule online, got confirmation texts, and (shockingly) was able to book TWO 90-minute appointments at the same time without any hassle. When we got there, everything started with a relaxing foot soak, which honestly set the tone perfectly. I was a little worried it might cut into our time, but nope - we still received a full 90 minutes of hands-on massage. And when I say full body, I mean FULL. BODY. They started with head, face, and neck, then worked through shoulders, arms, legs, feet - everything. It honestly felt like a combination of massage and reflexology, and they were incredibly thorough the entire time. No rushing, no shortcuts - just consistent, high-quality work from start to finish. At one point we both looked at each other like... how is this still going?! In the best way possible. I've had a lot of massages over the years, and this was easily one of the best experiences I've ever had. I walked out feeling completely reset. And the price?! $85 for 90 minutes is honestly unbelievable for the quality of service you get. I happily tipped extra because it was worth every penny and then some. If you're anywhere nearby or even thinking about getting a massage - GO HERE. I can't believe it took me six years to finally try it, but I will absolutely be back. We pre-booked our next massage before we left. This has to be a mandatory self-care assignment from now on.
