Its a must visit place in Melbourne, tucked away near the water. The variety of art done by local artists is noteworthy. I'm a recent transplant to the area from San Diego CA and I found more quality pieces in Fifth Avenue art Gallery than I did in San Diego arts district. Places like this really mark Melbourne as an up and coming area. Support the arts and visit this gallery, purchase original art, you will be glad you did!

Experience: I have been here a few times before, but I brought my niece this time to spend some QT…read morewith her. Facility: This place is set up nice... they have 4 and 6 seating tables that you should make reservations. Many times I am here, the tables are completely full. Service: The staff is ALWAYS nice and helpful here. I met the owner for the first time on this visit and she was kind and helpful too. She went out of her way to help us... way more than is expected. Thank you for that!! So when you come, you select the unpainted item you want to paint and then get creative. The prices are about $25 - $50 for most pieces and it includes all the paints, supplies, advice and firing that gets your piece to a finished product. Overall: I will definitely be back! I love this place. I've been to other places locally and they just don't have the inventory this place does. Go check them out.

You get to pick your piece, choose your colors, and paint at your own pace, which makes it perfect whether you're planning a date, a girls' day, or a solo outing. I came by myself as a little self-care adventure and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. I got in my head at first, but I just wanted to feel like a kid again, and this place made that easy. The staff was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel extra special and stress-free. They guide you without hovering, and they're great at answering questions if you're not sure what to do next. Just a heads up: your piece needs to be fired, so it takes about a week to get it back, but it's totally worth the wait. If you want a relaxing, creative activity and a memorable keepsake at the end, Get Fired Up Pottery is absolutely worth visiting.

You gave me a price and told me that you didn't want to keep going through Yelp to communicate and to email your "front office person" but did not give me an email address to email to. So I gave you mine and my phone number and asked you to contact me and I got no reply! This is not good customer service. Don't worry, I took my business to another company who were very courteous and responsive and less expensive than what you originally quoted me, and will have my items ready in just under a week! Shame on you and your staff!

Small boutique that packs in a wide range of art mediums from local artists. Prices are much more…read morereasonable than I'd expected for original pieces. I purchased a small mosaic piece that I dearly love. You can find just about any item that paint will stick to, candles, jewelry, lots of mosaic art (not on stepping stones or concrete, but designed to sparkle in windows or in your living room), teeny-tiny hanging vases for epiphytes, etc. Most items are small enough to carry to your car. The young woman who was working the day I was there chased me down after I left because I'd forgotten my debit card. That was really nice because she had to run out into the pouring rain to find me. Lots of breakables on multiple levels from the floor up to shelves about 6 feet high. Aisles are rather narrow. If you bring your kids here....don't bring your kids here, unless they are well-trained or swaddled. People requiring canes should be very cautious; not accessible to those in walkers, wheelchairs or strollers. If door is locked, knock on window, as staff locks door when s/he is in the back room.

This place was unique compared to all the different painting places because you got to sand down your personal piece of wood, the. Stain it however you wanted, then lay down the quote and paint. No 2 pieces of wood were alike. Even though multiple people stained their wood brown it all turned out differently and I think that was the best! I would deff 100% recommend getting your group together and going. Price was $40 and I think well worth the evening out. For a private party they allow you to bring your own snacks and drinks! To be honest they had a total of 3 tables and could have for prob 15 people, however, we had 9 and I felt like anymore would have been a little crowded just because there's much movement involved especially in the beginning stages. Danielle was our party host for the night and she was helpful along the way.
