The instructor was knowledgeable and patient which is kind of what you want around fire hot enough to bend metal. The process takes speed, strength, and precision. All crafts highlight a body, mind, spirit, locus in our human experience. You have to summon a portion of courage to stand next to a forge and grab red hot metal.
