We called on a Thursday afternoon and were given a Monday morning appointment. A short time after dropping the car off, Joe called us and explained exactly what was needed and why. During the same phone call he gave us a cost breakdown for materials and labor and disclosed what the total amount would be. Once we gave the go ahead to do the job we received a phone call back within a few hours advising that the work was completed. The cherry on top was that the total price came in under the price quoted. And, the BEST part is that the air conditioner now works like new. We will definitely use Rose Auto again for our future car maintenance needs and/or repairs. Thanks, Joe & Jimmy

I did not go in an immediately ask for him, instead I let the transaction flow to see how I felt. I was treated very well by Fran and Bill at the front desk but what I truly appreciated the most was being taken into the installation area and shown exactly what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. A huge portion of the pipe was completely rotted through. After getting my estimate which was quite reasonable cuz I did do some research, I explained to Bill and Fran about my previous experience and they were completely apologetic and as gracious as Jason had been. My work took a little while but the accommodations were good. Rapco has a spacious waiting room so distancing was not an issue, a tv and plenty of magazines to keep you occupied.
