Ok, Get this !! I'm…read moretraveling home on my wedding anniversary. Due to the weather my connection to Corpus is canceled in Houston so I'm spending the night at the Comfort Inn on JFK. At five minutes before closing time, my wife apparently calls JFK Liquor (long distance) and asks for a favor. Since I'm going to be stuck there for our Anniversary she asks them to deliver a bottle of my favorite bourbon to the hotel. They not only delivered the bourbon, they decorated the bag and had it there before I checked in. You can't find service like this anymore. These people really care about their customers. It really doesn't have tons of charm or far out funky vibe. It's a storefront with booze in it. The prices here are not as low as Spec's but the convenience more than makes up for the price, IMHO.
