Arrowhead bank in Yucaipa sucks! Lines are always long, the tellers work slow, or they never have enough! The ATM doesn't always work!! If you have this many customers in town, maybe hire more tellers or schedule more to work on your busy days. Customers shouldn't have to wait 15-20 minutes in line. read more

Not really happy with this credit union. They have screwed me over multiple times. One time I requested checks for my credit card and they accidently sent them for my checking account. Another time they locked me out of my account for an auto "security" feature even though I was doing completely normal transactions (sometimes I travel). They also like to call when a credit card is a few days past due even though they say they allow a 10 day grace period. They don't allow any skips for a credit card even if you're starving and can barely afford to eat (they say they can't, but they did during the pandemic). Don't ever do business here unless you have to; otherwise, go somewhere where you're valued. As soon as my debt is paid off with them, I'm leaving. Do not recommend. read more

Adding another negative review here. They closed my 15 year old son's bank account and sent it to collections for $3 without notifying us that it was closing. Yes- 3 DOLLARS!!! When I spoke to a representative she rudely stated how sorry she was which doesn't help anything and had NO solution or suggestions to help the situation. I will not be opening a new account for my son here and I will be closing all 3 accounts I have with them. Extremely disappointing. read more

I was very pleased with my last visit. The experience was much better. I was wondering if I'll get to interact with the checker I had a bad experience with so I can see if it will be different but someone else helped me. Arrowhead Credit Union is absolutely amazing I am not a patronizer these guys anytime I have any problems have no problem helping me out they are very courteous always willing to help me I'm bedridden and that's a big deal to me so I have to be able to take care of my business with my money and I feel very safe with Arrowhead until I get my knee surgery and I can walk I will always use Arrowhead Credit Union I'm honored to be able to be a part of their establishment I recommend this Credit Union to anybody read more

I have been using this branch since they opened. I find it rather bizarre that there is negative reviews from some. Every time I go there which is at least twice per month from the guard at the door to the person in the front cubical your alway greeted with a Smile and Welcome.. Going over the reviews and laughing quietly to myself I'm not really in disbelief but ok i've been with Sharoron Hair for over three years and I have not been able to secure a loan for auto loan a home loan loan loan nothing with these people but I see other nationalities half and no nationalities like myself that I've seen that's not to say that it's not true however I have since left the bank insecure everything that I needed to another organization another banking organization I think I got my car refinance and I bought a $50,000 car through another baking institute I think it was because I was black this bank should be ashamed I will also be making this known to the attorney general any local news read more

I have been a member of Arrowhead Credit Union from back in the day when they were San Bernardino County Employees Central Credit Union. This is the first time I have had the pleasure of doing business in Yucaipa. I purchased a new car and needed to come in and get a check for the dealership because I was pre-approved. Mayra initially started out by helping my husband and I but do to spanish speakers she was asked to help them. Kristen stepped in a blew our process out the water. Not only did we get my car loan done we were also able to refinance my husbands auto and get his payment lowered. Due to my previous financial background whenever I am in a bank or credit union I check things out. The teller line moved rather fast they had 4 windows opened and three platform people to assist. Customers were greeted and given a good bye thanks for stopping in once they left. I pride myself on being customer centric so I always notice if there is good customer service or lousy customer service. My experience was that the customer service was good. I would definitely revisit this branch in the future. read more

I love coming here! All the employees are so nice and friendly and helpful. It is a great location and the mobile app is user-friendly. If you meet simple criteria you end up not having to pay monthly account fees. They are transparent about how they use your information; go ahead and fill out the waiver form to not share your email with third parties (if you want) when you open an account. read more

But if you have a life and want your bank to be secure, fast and easy... then stay away from here! I thought I was being smart by switching from BofA to this bank. Terrible business. Unethical business practices involving a refi and ACU denying the new bank a payoff letter, and also claiming they did not get the pay off money (through wire transfer) from the new bank. Charging me interest the entire time. Complaint to the BBB has been made and I will continue to find places to file complaints and to leave bad reviews and to put a bad name out there for this bank chain. And to ACU, save your fake, apologetic crap in your response to me. Instead change your unethical business practices, or continue to loose more business. I finally got tired of all the hassle and fees from BofA so I walked across the street to Arrowhead Credit Union. I have not regretted this decision since. I have a checking account, a savings account, a car loan, and soon (crosses fingers) a home loan through this bank and couldn't be happier. Interest rates are competitive and they are always having promotions for CDs or low interest loans. The staff there are extremely patient when you walk in with questions or concerns. The same person helped me with applying for both my loans and remembers my name (even walked out and checked out my new car after I bought it!) and they really make you feel appreciated and part of the process. They don't offer all of the perks that a huge bank might have, but the individual attention and promotions they offer greatly outweigh those drawbacks. read more

Oh my goodness. That's all I can say. I don't have an account with Arrowhead but every time I've had to deal with them for anything, they are nothing but a headache. Today was no exception. I went in to see about refinancing my husbands extremely high percentage auto loan. I told them that I would be able to do that because I obtained Power of Attorney before he went on deployment (currently I can't even contact him). The teller let me know that Arrowheads policy is that they cannot accept a POA without my husband coming into the branch. I explained to her that the definition of a POA allows me to make decisions on his behalf without him being present. She reiterated that unless he was able to come in and verify in person that I have POA, then they could not help me. I explained AGAIN that I could make medical decisions for my husband, go to court for my husband, open accounts under my husbands name. She reiterated that they would not accept my POA because you could always falsify documents...ummm but then it wouldn't be a POA. So they literally told me they would not accept a legal document that would hold up in court. This is their policy to"protect" my husbands credit from me. But they won't let me help my husbands finances by refinancing his crappy loan? Umm laters Arrowhead. read more

Visited today and several times this month, and have been pleased to find no lines and immediate window service. The manager Paul was very helpful regarding a question i had on safety deposit boxes. This is a smaller branch than Redlands where i have stood in line. Arrowhead Credit Union has provided great service on my accounts for over 6 years and there really is no other competition. When i lost my debit card i was given a new one immediately. Now i see that other financial banks are offering the same service. Their customer service on the telephone is the best i have found in my 50 plus years of banking experience. I highly recommend them. read more

I bank with San Bndo School Employees CU and was told my sister banking sites would be helpful on the weekends. The teller told me to use the ATM outside, she couldn't help me because I didn't bank with them and forgot my ID. I was okay with that, but inconvenienced, as my morning is busy and I forgot it. Then I came back in to get change for the $20's and was told that because I didn't bank with them directly she would have to make an exception for me. I told her you don't need to make an exception, I was told to come here because you would be helpful and you obviously can't be if you have to make an exception to be helpful and even let me know that you at going out of your way for me. Gotta love your bank but best of Al when they actually care for their members these amazing people take time to do things for other people like bringing you hot and made chocolate chip cookies to you and other country workers and when they go to the local community and provide others with assistance which on some cases are needed I love the savings account they have "special savings account" for a person like me that run into alot of emergency situations this is perfect since it's there when you need it. The service representative at our local branch are great and Anisa is one of the most important person at the branch in San Bernardino and Christina at the same location are great as a team and will do whatever possible to not loose you as a member and that is greatly appreciated my situation was a special one and yet I am glad I become part of the Arrowhead credit Union Members Family. Definitely highly recommend from me if you have any questions ask and someone will answer them done hesitate to ask. read more
