Banked here for over 10 years through 2 different takeovers. The only one I recognize now is the…read moremanager and she doesn't know me from Adam. The service here is really bad now and you can't call the bank. The lobby has been closed for a couple months and the ATM has been broken for 3 weeks. They tell you to use an AllPonit ATM around town. They are constantly broken or out of money. They say they will refund your ATM fees... Still waiting. Call the bank and you get Customer Service in Yuma...they are worthless. Time to get outta Dodge.

Review for Wells Fargo - Teller JoAnn…read more I visited this Wells Fargo a couple of weeks ago to open a new account and update my direct deposit information. The banker who opened my account was excellent--professional, efficient, and very helpful. She explained that Social Security had changed its rules and that banks could no longer process direct deposit changes directly, so I would need to handle it myself through Social Security. After finishing the account setup, we went to the teller counter for a few other things, and that's when we met JoAnn. We mentioned how we had been trying to update my direct deposit without success. Without hesitation, JoAnn offered to try to help. She told us there were no guarantees because of the new Social Security procedures, but she would at least prepare the paperwork so we'd be ready for the office in Needles if needed. Two weeks later, we discovered that the direct deposit change had gone through. Thanks to JoAnn, we were spared a long trip to the Social Security office. She went above and beyond, and we are now her biggest supporters. This is the kind of customer service that builds loyalty. Wells Fargo is very lucky to have a gem like JoAnn on their team.

Waited in the teller line inside around 10:30 AM for 45 minutes with only two tellers on duty and…read more11 people waiting. During that time one teller waited on only TWO customers before I got to her window. The teller told me "if you know anybody that wants to work, send them our way." This bank is terribly mismanaged!! I've been with Wells Fargo nearly 30 years and never seen then in this bad of shape for organization and services. Each teller customer seems to take so long because the teller seems to not be sure of what she is doing so it takes way longer for each customer transaction. Many in the line today were really upset and I mean REALLY upset. Home office needs to replace operations management with someone that is a CAN DO attitude type person with the customer comes FIRST agenda. HATE MY EXPERIENCES WITH THIS BANK RECENTLY11

Have been stalling our mother's estate now for four months and counting while other local banking institutions locally have disbursed funds in a timely, professional and courteous manner. Telling us we need to retain legal or paralegal services and probate court when it is not required with a living trust and a designated beneficiary is named. Suing for acting in "Bad Faith" on the part of BBVA legal team is quickly becoming more optional. So far BBVA has effectively hijacked mom's savings. Just shameful business practices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLUSTERPHUQ of a banking institution!!!
