I have been very happy with the relationship until today. I called the number listed for the Bullhead City branch. I was connected to a machine. None of the choices provided to me was my reason for calling. There was no option to speak or key in that allowed me to state my reason for calling. There was no option provided to send my call to a live person. This is unacceptable customer service. If I intended to remain in Arizona, I would most certainly move to another bank for all my business.
