The first delay contributed to my short-term disability payment being delayed by more than a week. I didn't expect to run into the same issue after my second visit. When I followed up, my office visit notes still had not been sent. Had I not followed up myself, I would have been left dealing with the consequences of the missing documentation with my short-term disability administrator. I've also had an appointment canceled the same day in the past. I tried to be patient and understanding, but the repeated delays and communication issues have made an already stressful process even more difficult. Based on my experience, I did not feel valued as a patient, and I would not recommend this office.
