Two stars ONLY for the actual people doing the moving. They were decent. However, the company itself is shady and I would just hang up if they call or delete their email if they send you a quote. Save yourself a lot of headaches. Two stars for the labor. Zero for the company and sales team. This is actually the first time I've had a bad experience with a moving company. Now I understand why movers have such terrible reputations. I booked them specifically because they said they used a 26-foot truck and all the other quotes I was getting were for 18 wheelers. I didn't want to pay extra to have an 18 wheeler need to unpack and reload into a smaller truck to navigate the apartment complex. My move was from CA to AZ. Here are some of the shady things I encountered. 1. I had to call them for 3 days in a row to get an idea of when the movers were actually coming. On the final day they told me that had me scheduled for a different (incorrect) date 2. The 26 Ft truck went to their "sister company" ) Executive out of Las Vergas - don't use them either) and repacked onto an 18 Wheeler. 3. The customer service rep I spoke to about this at Executive was so awful. I have no idea how she has a job. Completely unprofessional and maddening. ***Make sure you read every single word of the paperwork*** they LIE read more

Moving from Los Angles to Dallas using Arrow Moving and Storage. Very unreliable company. I highly recommend to use another company. Despite the reviews, i decided to book the company since they gave me the best price. I figured, I am not in a rush to move and if the items arrive later than expected it should be fine. I completely regret my choice. 1) I schedule the pick-up day to be Sunday. They called me Saturday saying they will not be able to keep the pick-up schedule. I was nice and said we can reschedule for Tuesday. They offered me a $25 discount per the DOT policy. 2) On Monday, they called me late afternoon and said they would not be able to pick-up the items on Tuesday. I explain to them i have no place to keep my items and that i am schedule to turn in my apartment. A manager was suppose to call me but that never happen. 3) I quickly got on the web and found another company that was able to handle the pick-up next day (Wednesday). To retrieve my deposit, arrow was making me jump through hoops. So, to get my initial deposit money back I called my bank; i didn't want to deal with arrow anymore. I simply told my credit card company that the service was never provided. The credit card company refunded my money. Arrow never apologize or followed up. Extremely disappointed with this company to say the least. Arrow Trucking 3160 South Valley View Blvd Suite #204 Las Vegas NV 89102 US DOT: 2477609 MC: 857145 read more

Horrible Elinor horrible company new customer service. They lie they leave you hanging when you have a move planned for over three months! The owner name is Mark he's rude dishonest worst experience of my life would never recommend them for anything read more

THIS COMPANY IS CRIMINALLY FRAUDULENT - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I just finished filing POLICE REPORTS in Colorado (where my move started) and Florida (the headquarters of this company). Here is the background: I went onto a moving broker website to book my shipment, entered my details, and up popped "Arrow Moving & Storage," which was the carrier that would actually move my things. I looked them up to verify them and saw that they are an extremely reputable moving company affiliated with Mayflower and United Van Lines, which gave me a high level of confidence. When the movers showed up to my apartment, the bill of lading said "Arrow Moving & Storage." Nothing to this point raised an eyebrow. However, after multiple delays, extreme difficulty in reaching my "customer service rep," I called "Arrow Moving & Storage" to complain. Only then did I realize that this Company is NOT the real Arrow Moving & Storage affiliated with Mayflower/United - they have fraudulently copied the name and the logo, which has almost imperceptible differences with the reputable Arrow Moving & Storage. The real Arrow Moving & Storage has a dedicated customer service representative to deal SOLELY with "fake Arrow" claims - they have received hundreds of complaints from swindled customers such as myself, and there have apparently been local news stories in AZ, TX, and FL about this Company. All to say, this is not a review where I am "suggesting" not to use Arrow because of a bad customer service experience, delay, etc. - this is a review where I am reporting to others my experience being swindled out of my money and multiple personal items and that this is a "scam mover." read more

LIVING NIGHTMARE!! Executive Moving and Storage showed up instead, when I actually hired Arrow Trucking out of Las Vegas. DO NOT use these moving companies even if you have to forfeit your deposit there was soo much damage done to my house, furniture, and personal belongings. It's a scam! Do not use the internet to get moving quotes. You are only asking for trouble like this. The sales rep was Sunny and she Lied from the very beginning and said they are not a broker and do not sell to other companies to do the move. My move was on 10/19/17 from Ohio to Texas. Only 2 people showed up the day of the move. Sunny at Arrow Moving and Storage saying there would be 3 to 4 men for a full semi load. So Executive Moving and Storage shows up the day of the move Late, and you have no choice but to go with them because you are packed and the contract you sign with Arrow Moving and Storage whom I hired, says you must cancel 7 days prior to your scheduled move date in writing or you forfeit your deposit. At this point, they have you in their scam trap. Their website says they own and operate their own trucks with lift gates, and that is exactly what I was told by Sunny the sales rep. Sunny said they do not sell the job, that they would be with me my entire move with updates along the way. How can they possibly do that when they sold my move?? My contract I signed with Arrow Trucking states the truck is Fully maintained and properly equipped truck and Heavy duty moving blankets and furniture pads. You sign their contract after reading thoroughly, and its All Lies because they sold my move to Executive Moving and Storage out of Las Vegas!! Their website also says "Our mission is to make your move stress free as possible. Let us know your concerns and we will do our best to help you." When I called with concerns, Sunny referred me to a customer service number and said she could not help me. She did not leave it at that, and sent me nasty text messages on my phone, which I still have. My response to her was that is very good customer service for a company to treat their customer's like this when I just spent $12,000 with your company! My best advice is to RUN from this company!! A Scam!! Please see separate review for Executive Moving and Storage whom actually did my move that I hired Arrow Trucking to do. Pictures will be attached to that one. HORRIBLE moving experience!! read more

WARNING Do not use this Florida moving company. ARROW MOVING AND STORAGE. I was relocating from California to Arizona. I searched for a long distance mover and got several quotes. Their quote was reasonable and so I contacted them and spoke with a woman named Sunny. If I had known that just about everything she told me was not true I NEVER NEVER would have hired them. Because it was such a short distance I was told it could be delivered in 2-3 days. WRONG. I wanted my stuff picked up on a certain day and time but they came the next day very late in the day. I had booked a late flight back to Arizona ( the last one that night ) and almost missed my flight because they came so late in the day. I did not want my items moved from truck to truck and Sunny assured me that my stuff would remain in the same truck that they owned their own 26 foot trucks and would be picked up and delivered in the same truck. WRONG. When the movers arrived they were in a rented Enterprise truck. They told me they would be going to Las Vegas to pick up more loads and then on to Arizona. to be delivered in about 3 to 5 days. WRONG. I was told that my items would be the only load in the truck. WRONG. I later found out that the movers drove to Las Vegas and that my stuff was moved into a warehouse owned by a company called EXECUTIVE, I never hired EXECUTIVE I hired ARROW. So this ARROW company obviously brokered out my move to EXECUTIVE. My stuff sat in the warehouse for another two weeks. Some of my items were not boxed because I was told that they were to remain in the same truck. WRONG. Because they were not boxed up the items were "misplaced" in the warehouse. When my stuff was finally delivered over two weeks later by a huge 18 wheeler semi truck that barely was able to get into the storage facility. Several of my items were missing. I had two metal shelf units that the movers wanted me to leave behind because they took up space in the truck but I told them I could not leave them and I would pay for the space. As it turned out someone took it upon themselves to disassemble these metal shelves without my permission. After I had already paid for the space. When my stuff was delivered one of the shelfing units was missing along with 20 furniture dollies which I had been using in my storage units. When I questioned the movers, they called the warehouse and were told that I had said I did not want the furniture dollies. NOT TRUE I never said any such thing. After contacting customer service several times they said the furniture dollies were in the warehouse but could not locate the other two items. I finally told them to forget searching for the other two items and to just send the 20 dollies. I am still waiting. As of now I do not expect to ever see my 20 furniture dollies. Customer service does not respond to my emails anymore. As I said, if I had known, if I had not been lied to I never would have hired this moving company. It has caused me great stress and time lost. Not to mention that the final cost was almost 3 times what another mover would have charged. So if you care anything about your stuff your personal items, find another moving company that cares about their customers because these people obviously do not. read more

Terrible customer service. Prices were jacked up after we signed on. A lot of dishonesty at every turn. When we FINALLY got our stuff delivered, many of the boxes were smashed or broken. read more

Joesph the salesperson is extremely rude and unprofessional. He insisted that EVERY other moving company are scammers and will under quote me and then charge me more when they deliver my belongings and unless I went with this company I was going to get ripped off. He quoted me $1000 to move a 4 bdrm house over 600 miles which is extremely low and this company is obviously a scam. When I began to question him he started screaming and ended up hanging up in my face. I called him back and left a message. He returned my call and when I asked who he was he lied and said his name was Christopher but clearly it was the same person. read more

LIES LIES LIES. Do not fall for this fake company. All their doing is contracting it to someone else. They don't even have customer service as you find out after they pick up your stuff. It's all outsourced. They doubled their quote and did that by breaking my stuff into pieces to try to say it was more than it was. It was actually less because lots didn't show up. They dumped my stuff in a storage locker and refused to set it up. When they showed up 5 days late for a booked elevator that they guaranteed would be there. They didn't do anything they said they would. Their driver when they dumped my stuff in the storage locker actually told me when I told him he needs to rebuild and set my stuff up to " go F myself I should have called a moving company and dumped it in a storage locker like a pile of garbage. Trashed all my stuff. Thank god for a trail of broken email promises and good lawyers. But what a waste of time. Don't have time to deal with this crap. Just wanted my stuff moved. Cost me 1700 bucks to move this same stuff 6 months before from a further distance. I'm now over 5k with arrow moving and that doesn't include what's lost and broken. Don't know how this company is even in business read more
