We hired Arrow Grounds Landscaping in Summerville, SC to do a complete landscape of our backyard in 2022. I met with Kane (the owner) and with the help of a landscape design person we began the project. From the beginning to the end of the project, there was one issue after another. His truck and trailer leaked oil all over our street (he did try and clean it after my husband called him on it) however, my husband was the one who spent the time cleaning up the mess. Kane is a native of SC so we assumed he knew how to install plants in the low country. We had to dig up and replant approx. 14 plants due to how they were planted. We had him install a patio using pavers...he did not know what he was doing - my husband had to explain how the pattern should go, he didn't use the right kind of sand to fill in the mixed tiles. Kane told us from the beginning, should we lose a plant within a reasonable time frame he would replace it. When we lost a camellia plant (about 3 weeks after installation) that he charged $330.00 for, he wouldn't answer my phone call or any of my several texts. My husband and I stayed professional and kind through out the project and Kane thanked us - as he knew all the issues we had experienced through this project. In the end our kindness was met with no response. Sooooo very disappointed. read more
