I used Arrow cars very often but recently I had to complain about their drivers who were unfriendly, unhelpful & broke the speed limit. I first emailed their Manchester office - no reply.
I phoned their Manchester office & eventually got through to their driver manager, Allen. I explained my experience & he said he'd speak to the drivers & call me back in 1/2 an hour - I'm still waiting 4 weeks later.
Since then I emailed the Managing Director - no response.
I then decided to write a letter to their head office in Leeds addressed to 'Customer Complaints'. When I didn't receive a reply I phoned up twice & was assured that a manager would phone me back - I'm still waiting.
