Both the pediatric and adult offices are clean and the staff is never rude. My only problem is that if you don't get an early appointment time, that they can sometimes run behind. Every time my daughter has to get vaccines, the MD comes and sees her first and then we are left waiting what feels like an eternity for the nurse to give the shots. I've had to come out and remind them that we are there. Other than that the MD's and NP's are great and take time to listen and address any problems or concerns you may have.

While I was never a patient there, St.Vincent's has been phenomenal in taking care of my boyfriend and my Mother when they had issues. It never dawned on me that behind the hospital in the Joe Adams building they were seeing people for everyday care. I went in and the staff were so friendly, seeing that I was a new patient. I had requested they send me all the new patient paperwork in the mail so that I could fill it out ahead of time, especially the medical records transfer and they did this in a matter of days. I waited maybe 10 minutes before I was called back. My new doctor, Dr. Katie Longo, might be slightly younger than me but she was so helpful an courteous. We reviewed all my old records and anything that may have come up since my last doctor's visit and she put everything in the system. She also informed me that I don't need certain exams as often as I had been going prior. I wish my old doctor had told me that. I could have saved myself unnecessary trips. I really like her and I love how it's so close to me now. I would definitely recommend this doctor's office to anyone.

My doctor no longer works here (Dr.Yoder) was my physician The doctor (PA) Sonila Musta Kina that I saw today is the absolute WORST doctor I've ever encountered! She was very dismissive, she took me off of medications that I've been on for years (I have Lupus and fighting to not get stomach cancer) but because she doesn't like them she removed them and said that I need a specialist to get those medications.. this is the same office that have refilled my medications plenty of times before. Fast forward I then heard her kindly speak to other patients (ones that skin isn't like mine) and it was a completely different tone. I don't know if she ended up given them just as bad service and care as she did me but I will NEVER see her again (I rather die). Then I requested to speak to the office manager and she wasn't no help.. the PA really got nasty after I wanted to speak to the office manager. This was the MOST disrespectful and disgusting appt I've ever had! I will be lookin for a new MD today! Save yourself and don't come here!!

It went from 90% battery down to 5% battery in less than an hour. I called their office trying to get somebody scheduled to come swap out a working battery with me and it's been 5 hours... Despite keeping the device plugged in, when I had to unplug it to go to my doctor's appointment it died due to no battery. My doctor's office had to go find a canister of oxygen for my appointment. My experience with Lincare and their oxygen services has been very poor. Nobody verified that the concentrator was in good working order before dispensing it to the patient/me and the battery was functional (which the battery is completely dysfunctional and does not hold a charge) They also did not supply a backup battery. And I'm waiting to find out when they are going to plan to come fix this. This has been a completely different experience than I have had with the enteral nutrition side of the business.

Dr. Arango has been my son's pediatrician for over three years. Always in a super good mood, very…read moreempathetic. My son loves him. Dr. Arango always, always, takes the time to listen AND explain in detail what needs to be done, how something works, and discusses "plan B" just in case "plan B" is needed. I've had to reach him a couple of times (after office hours), always called me back and advised me on what to do, no problem whatsoever and for me to keep him on the loop. The staff is superb. Everyone from reception, to the nurses that take the vitals, to the doctors, are at a great disposition and very professional. Usually have to wait 15/20 minutes in reception and then inside to take the vitals followed by going to the examination room. Dr. Victoria Array has seen our boy a couple of times too and is also as sweet and professional as Dr. Arango and the rest of the team. The couple of times that we've needed a referral, Martha from the office contacts us (usually within 24-48hrs) and is as informative and graceful as any of the others professionals in this group. L. O. V. E. the practice and we'll keep going, as long as we live in Jacksonville. :)

Great doctor, unless your child needs to see a specialist. If your child is completely healthy…read morewith no medical problems at all, this is the doctor for you. However, if your child needs actual responsible medical care, then run, don't walk to another pediatrician. When my child was 4, I finally followed my gut and found him a new pediatrician. I left her office with 5 referrals to specialists. When my child was an infant he had horrible eczema. Dr. Arango only advised me to lotion him. It took me months to figure out on my own that eczema is often caused by allergies. I could have had him treated for allergies long before I did, had I gotten appropriate medical advice. Dr. Arango overlooked what the ophthalmologist called an "incredibly common and easily correctible condition, if caught early." My son was not treated until age 4 because Dr. Arango convinced me for 2 years that my child had a pseudo strabismus, when in fact he had the "incredibly common" condition known as, accommodative estropia. A pediatrician with as much experience as him, should have caught this condition and given us a referral in infancy. My son didn't have to suffer, but we were left to struggle. Right after my son turned 2, I told him of concerns I had that my child had autism. He explained to me in great detail, why I was wrong. Dr. Arango is a very convincing communicator. At over 3.5 years of age, only because I referred myself out for additional care, my son was diagnosed with autism. He could have been diagnosed and treated much sooner. Finally, I was tired of being told I was wrong about concerns I had for my son. I am not the mom who calls every time my kid gets the sniffles. I am so sorry for my part in letting my child suffer. I was convinced he knew more than I did, especially since I know doctors and nurses who travel long distances to bring their children to Dr. Arango. He is a very nice man, and a gifted communicator, which, in my opinion, makes him more dangerous. My son, and my family needed help. We struggled so much more than we needed to struggle.
