It's owned by one of the friendliest couples I've ever come across. They're passionate about cars and treat my car like it's their own. On several occasions, the car is ready later than anticipated. It's not because they're behind schedule. Rather, they are going the extra mile to ensure every part of my car is perfect. I have a matte paint job, and it's a lot of maintenance to keep up. Every time I bring it here, it looks like the day I drove it off the dealership. On two occasions, I've had paint from a car I (gently) swiped on the body of my car. Somehow, they managed to get it off without dulling the matte. Magic. I've had my car detailed several times, got a light ceramic treatment, and even got my windows tinted here. They do it all. It's taken YEARS to find a shop like this. I'm definitely a life time customer.

Sometimes they're super busy that the line reaches the street however they try to work as promptly as they can. Also worth noting they have plenty of packages depending on what you are looking for and a great deal on a monthly pass discount.

Thought I lost my AirPods but was alerted by my phone that someone took it and turned it on at the car wash the next morning. Went back to the carwash and told them that someone turned it on 10 mins ago (based on "Find my" app) and at first the lead associate was about to turn me away till I told him some crazy story. Then he called the team and after telling them what I said, one associate basically led us back to my car and said he found something hidden in between the seat in my car (I guess it fell out of my belongings) and instead of leaving it in my car, took it out of my car and kept it in their workstation. Luckily I was able to claim back my tech but I'm ashamed that these people would not leave others belongings where they belong. Beware because these people may take your stuff in your car. Also, terrible job vacuuming, there's still cat fur everywhere in my car... maybe focus on your actual tasks instead of vacuuming someone else's valuables.

At the end of the garage after your car gets a quick dry from the machine, you drive out of the garage towards couple guys who dry the exterior and completely clean the interior as well. For an exterior wash, this was much more than I expected. Customer service and price point (there's no reason why one should pay outrageous prices for a hand car wash at other places) were exceptional as well.
