He framed it, cut and laid the subfloor and replaced the rusted out toilet flange and broken parts. However, what should have been a job that took a couple of hours, took him 2 days. Then, he finished it off with a layer of concrete! I questioned why he would use concrete instead of a wood filler for small gaps because it's a wood subfloor. He claimed the tile guy can work with it. No problem. I was not convinced and have been stressing over this for 2 weeks waiting for the tile company to come back out. I contacted Mr. Durawa and he said that if he came out to "fix" this, he'd have to charge me extra because then he's doing the tile guy's work.
