You had plenty of room to fill tables that should have been RESERVED for people who had made reservations. INVEST IN A FEW RESERVED SIGNS FOR YOUR TABLES so that people who make a reservation will have a table waiting for them when they get there. Service was HORRIBLE! We waited 1 1/2 hours to get appetizers and then another 45 minutes before our meal came out. When desserts came out they weren't what we ordered. Some patrons had been waiting 3 hours for their meals, and others walked out before they ever ate. VERY DISAPPOINTING !!! Bar is not a place to seat people for dinner. That room is very cold because of doors opening at both ends of the room as people were leaving. We had to keep our coats on all evening. It certainly was not the dinner experience we had expected! If you hope to make it as a restaurant you need to change a lot, starting with reservations, to wait times for dinners. AND HONOR RESERVATIONS!!
